We have stayed here several times while visiting WSU.
The hotel is typically a good value for the price, with breakfast included. The only negative this trip is that we did not receive the free drink coupons that were included with our booking.

Building and rooms are quite old but clean. They installed new smart TVs, but they block apps such as Netflix requiring a pass code. I called front desk, they said there were internet bandwidth limitation, so they block these apps. I tried to connect my laptop to the TV, and the input change was also protected by pass code. There were issues with the hot water as well.

Great location. Liked the size of the room we stayed in. Breakfast/dining room was spacious!
Bed wasn't very comfortable and our room could use some updating. Also the shower temp kept going up and down as very hot and then very cold.

Very nice stay in Pullman, service was really good. Would recommend they invest in better TVs though that was probably the smallest TV I’ve ever seen in a room. Overall nice place though with good service.
