The best hotel

We stayed for one night, but our experience was disappointing. We had previously stayed at this hotel a few months ago, and despite booking and paying for a king room, we were given a room with two queen beds. The receptionist assured us we would receive a refund, but it never happened. At the time, we chose not to file a formal complaint, but this time, we can’t overlook the issues. During this stay, just before heading out to dinner, we discovered that the toilet was clogged. We informed the front desk, but they told us there was no maintenance staff available and handed us a plunger. Since we were leaving, we agreed to handle it when we returned. Upon our return, a different receptionist gave us the same response. My husband insisted on changing rooms, but they told us the hotel was fully booked. We found it unacceptable that we were expected to fix an issue we didn’t cause. Regarding cleanliness, the room was generally clean, and the hallways smelled pleasant. However, I noticed an odor near the bathroom door that persisted even after using Lysol. The room itself didn’t smell bad, but the hallways had a fresher scent. The bathroom setup was also inconvenient. There was no proper space to place toiletries—just a single hook behind the door and the disability handrail for towels, which didn’t seem appropriate. Additionally, the water temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between extremely hot and cold. The drain area had peeling material and rust

If you SKIP this hotel you wont miss much! Really just felt like a motel even with the pictures looking as good as they do. The carpets stunk in the hallways and lobby, the shower was kinda gross with alot of rust around the drain and damage, hadly any waterpressure, warm to hot showers, if you like hot hot shower youre not getting that. Over all just got the vibe of lack of trying from this place. Wont be coming back unfortunately.

Loved my stay . Very friendly , good service ,clean Im very happy. The Coffee was very weak could be better .

Tv didn't stream although remote and flyer on desk said it did. Phone didn't work, room had an odor (mold/mildew). Office said they would fix odor, they did not. Calk on bathtub is all falling off, large bottle of shampoo despenser was empty, woken up by bug crawling on me at 2am, could not sleep after that. Gave it to desk at check out and expressed my concerns, they said they would make it right. So far they have not contacted us. Positive, the women running breakfast was awsome.

Booked with this hotel because of advertised airport shuttle service. It was down for repairs and hotel did not offer another option (like a voucher) so had to pay for a taxi.

The price was outrageous. I could have stay at the sun seeker. I was there for a funeral. I was there in April for a funeral and paid 1/2 the price. We picked that one because family from all over came also.

Great place. Clean , pretty , comfortable, easy to park , great breakfast , loved our suite. Great staff ( thank you Barbara for breakfast ! ) We loved this place !

Front desk associate was great! I wouldn't recommend staying on the first floor, very noisy in the early morning 5-6am. Older building but kept well.

Very nice Comfort Inn right off the highway near Punta Gorda. Lots of shopping around the hotel. Staff were nice and very helpful. Pet friendly hotel with no fees, which is hard to come by. Would definitely return if we come back to the area

I arrived to florida to attend my mothers funeral and selected this hotel for convenience. The staff was so pleasant and the checkin process was easy. cleanness if the room was good except for the large bug in the bathroom that was a bit overwhelming and made my stay challeng as i am terrified of the one i came across but my daughter was able to remove it. We didnt tell the staff as we didnt want that to be a reflection of them as they were awesome just that instance made me uncomfortable. Property was otherwise great. When you look for staff thats kind they have that accomplished
