My mom & I stayed at this hotel, and everything was wonderful. I can't remember the person's name, but it was a young black woman who helped us with suggesting places to visit while in the area.

Very convenient for overnight stays especially for early morning flights at NOLA Airport in Kenner. Check-in was easy-going.

This hotel need to buy more towels to supply to their guess for the front desk agent to tell me that they ran out of towels, they washing them is not good because they are fully sold out. A hotel should be able to take the guess dirty towel and given them back clean towels and. Also when a house keep enters a guess room she shouldn’t just take the trash but also clean the room not leave it unclean. But I do hope they buy more towels, want stay again.

The shuttle was not in service, even though they said the shuttle would be working, in the bathroom the water pressure was low, the paint job in the bathroom needs improvement, the toilet paper was hard, the bedding was not fresh, the beds were too soft

The hotel in general was clean and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. As for the bathroom, the shower was terrible, no water pressure at all from the shower.
