The lady behind the counter was very nice. We were there to run the Little Rock Marathon. Usually, hotels will let us have a late checkout. Nothing crazy - just 30 minutes to an hour late so we can shower before we travel home. The lady behind the counter was sweet, but said that the owner said "No late checkouts." Strike one. We got into our room and the AC was broken. We had to change rooms and haul all of our stuff to another floor. Strike 2. After the race, we hurried back to the hotel to get our shower before our noon checkout time. Our key didn't work. Came back down to the lobby (after running a marathon, mind you) and the key was "fixed". Nope! We had to come back down AGAIN to get the key fixed again. Strike 3. The facilities were nice and clean, but they should work out some of these things and be a little more accommodating to those coming in for these big events. We'll be running this marathon again, but we'll stay with a hotel that values the event and works with us marathon runners a little more.

A haven in the midst of a storm! They were inundated with check ins and they provided! It was slow getting food but they still made it happen. They checked on us. They might have salted their entrance but other than that we were so grateful for the service at our unexpected hotel stay.

Got stuck in Little Rock during an ice storm and was prepared for the worst. The desk and bar staff turned a terrible night into a fun one, we were all snowed in together! Great pizza, comfy rooms, cheery and kind front desk staff. Many thanks!

While I understand that this may not be usual, BUT the whole area was aware that there was ice and snow coming. They didn't put out salt or sand until the morning, making check in treacherous. It was great to be able to park the car in an underground parking garage, though, which was ice and snow free!! Really helped. Otherwise, everyone was nice, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was yummy.

This is a decent, affordable property but the hot food served for breakfast is horrible. Bland, hard, tasteless. Just not good. The cold items are the average fair. The coffee was nasty and tasteless. To, disappointing.

Staff was friendly and very responsive. I requested some toothpaste at night and they got it for me within 5 minutes. They had decent hot breakfast. The bathtub was a little clogged, the A/C unit made loud noises when it was on heater mode. It was so loud it woke me up from sleep.

This place was fabulous. The price to stay was very reasonable. The room was clean. The breakfast was good.

This Hotel is amazing and I’m very picky and I also travel the World, so I have seen good and bad. The entire place sparkles from cleanliness and my room was over the top nice. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and a nice variety of food. Late night the security is heightened with double locking doors to enter the lobby and the parking lot is secured too with plenty of lights for single women that may be traveling alone. I can’t say enough good things about it. Just stay here and you will see.

Breakfast was good!

The staff here are super friendly. They make you feel welcome. Everything is very clean and the rooms are quite comfortable. It's right off the interstate, so expect some noise. The location is convenient to downtown.
