The front desk hostess was extremely nice, helpful and patient. We were going to change rooms and she was very accommodating without hesitation. Room was very clean and well updated. Large shower and very hot water which was nice after our long drive that day. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. TV was good size and wifii was wonderful. Temperature in the room was cold for us but adjustable. Room was right by the elevator but was quite. Breakfast was available and very tasty. Very nice stay and would recommend staying here. Cheedars was within 4 miles and other resturants were close.

Thos place was great. The hotel was in great condition. Great breakfast very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I picked this location because its close proximity to the Hall where i saw a shiw and also where i was close to the Clinton Library and within walking distance of downtown Little Rock.

The staff was friendly. There was water/ceiling damage in our room that we mentioned a couple of times, apparently wasn't urgent. Parking down under the property was convenient because it rained most of the time we were there. However, it's pretty creepy. Rooms were quiet, clean, no issues there.

Staff were great, the room was clean, and it was easy on/off the highway. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because breakfast was fine, not great. Solid value overall for the cost.

The hotel is definitely showing its age. Entrance from the garage was dirty and there was trash in the elevator. We got a room two suites from the elevator and we kept hearing it go and down all night long. The rooms are not soundproof! On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, the room itself was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and professional. The location was close to many attractions.

Definitely needs upgrading. The hallway carpet smelled really bad, like carpet in a skating rink. Also, the cloth sofas in the rooms need to be condemned.

Last-minute stay so we couldn't do much research. The noise from the highway even on the Night floor was horrible. Street racers and motorcycles kept waking us up until 1 AM.
The breakfast waffles took forever because all the cups were wrapped in extra plastic that was impossible to open. You couldn't get just a knife or a fork or spoon ,you had to get a set

. Hotel location and parking is excellent. Food is terrible. Frying sausages is not rocket science but seemed like one. Coffee was like colored water. Juice is so watered down.
