Breakfast was lacking, missing milk and waffle batter. We could hear front lobby door open and close all night due to the squeaking of it and the room had holes in ceilings, tub was slimy and mirrors and windows had slobbery kid fingerprints and the room walls were filthy. Pool was out of order due to chemicals.

To say how disappointed we where with this hotel I have no words, Hi price for two nights in a 1star hotel situated 25 miles away from the Venue that I was attending, almost at the end of town and in a terrible location. The room was filthy, housekeeping only available after third night, bed very uncomfortable with a thin mattress that left us with bruised hips. Hotels.com cancelled the reservation that I had chosen at an 3 star hotel and booked us in this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel that I had booked I found out of the cancellation, the manager felt so bad for us that he called around and found where we where staying and drove us saying that this happens all the time with these booking sites. Never will I book on these sites again I will go directly to the actual hotel where I want to stay.

Room a little worn down but very clean. Carpet that was tacked to wall was coming unstapled by the door and was almost a trip hazard. Tub had a big chip missing out of it. Room was very clean though. Breakfast was limited. we got down there at 8:00am and there was nothing left (not even milk for the little bit of cereal that was available). Looks like earlier in the morning there were waffles, eggs, sausage, and biscuits/gravy. But it was not refilled. Did not venture out to see the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was dirty and the whole place had a really bad smell. A lot of the items were broken, like vending machine, juice machine. Breakfast was horrible, we left to eat somewhere else.

Overal a whatever stay, room and whole building had a havey cleaner smell, the rooms as well. The shower i had did not drian properly and was dissapointing as the only reasons i get a hotel is for the showers and beds. Will never stay here again.

It was dirty! I took a shower walked across the floor and my wife asked me what was on my feet. It was hair, dirt…you name it stuck to my feet. Also, when we got to our room, there were leftovers from the people that had the room before us. Clearly the cleaning staff isn’t that awesome.
On the plus side, the beds were really comfy.
We’re definitely paying the extra money to stay somewhere nicer next year.

This property was average cleanliness in the room except for the bathroom, which had a moldy tub and the drain was clogged so that the water in the tub filled up as you showered (disgusting)
The coffee maker in the room had no coffee with it to make any and there was also none in the morning where there was supposed to be complimentary breakfast.
Also the only breakfast available in the morning was biscuits and gravy, and conveniently there was no one at the front desk to inquire what was going on.
The internet password was not located anywhere in the room and again no one was answering or available at the front desk to help. There was no hand soap at the sink in the room to be able to wash your hands after using the restroom. Overall not an acceptable place to stay, would never recommend to anyone else. Would actually like to receive reimbursement for the stay.

Shortly after check in, noticed roaches in our room and mold on ceiling in bathroom. Immediately brought to hotel’s attention and that we would not be staying in these conditions. Despite all attempts, was not able to get a refund. This trip was attend to funeral, traveling with my disabled dad,

Worst hotel ever! Very Old Everything. Old rusty floor lamp, no working vending machines, filthy carpets & furniture, stained walk in disabled shower, loose door frames, stapled wall board, Holes in bathroom door, ALL STAIRS BLOCKED OFF FOR 2nd & 3rd FLOORS. And the worst ever, NO COFFEE IN MORNING!!! Evidently, coffee machine BROKE for 5 DAYS. Much better places to stay than here! Bull Doze this building.

Bathroom floor needed sweeping along baseboards had dirt around it. Lamp shade by bedside was broke . Could of used vaccuming in hallways to the rooms and floors swept in the main entrance. Something front desk could do when theres no checkins
