This was our second time staying here because we think it is a good value for the money.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable.
There is a full breakfast, which is nice.

This was an average stop on a busy weekend. The room was a good size but needed to be renovated.
The breakfast room was small and had quite a few homeless people collecting large amounts of food.

Bathroom smelled rotted and mildew and even though I booked in advanced it seems I was given the unwanted room. Lobby smelled like tobacco.

When we first walked in to the hotel it looked nice, the staff was very friendly. The hotel room is a good size which we liked, but the first thing we noticed was the smell when we opened the door. It was a musty , dewey smell, it did not smell clean and fresh when we walked in. I luckily come with a few cleaning supplies when we go anywhere. I had to clean the toilet and sink area when we first arrived. There were no towels at all, we had to go ask for some. We were not the only ones that had to ask for towels we saw multiple rooms have to ask for towels and heard them say they room had no towels either. I am not judging the hotel based on not having towels in the room, I know we were there on a holiday weekend, but there should have been at least 2 towels in the room, there was not even a wash cloth in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable. We had to move the microwave to another area to use because one of the outlets was broke, the fridge was plugged into the good outlet.The positives to the hotel was the friendly staff and big rooms. The rooms could use a throughly good cleaning.

I wasn't told the night before that breakfast ended at 9am. That is earlier than any other hotel I have stayed at.
There were cockroaches in my room and the room looked very run down. Baseboard was peeling from the walll. Bathroom sink was in very bad condition. Shower water did not get hot.
The man that checked me in was friendly. The rest of the front desk staff were not friendly at all.
I was getting some water from the pitcher near the front desk and a chunk of something black came out, into my water cup.

Our first room was extremely run down and the bathroom had a broken tub and ants in it. We got a new room and still very run down and the tub also had been smashed in on the side. The whole atmosphere feels unclean.

I made reservations for a room with double queen beds. Upon arrival we were notified that hotel is overbooked and were asked if we would be OK with a room with king bed and a sofa. We agreed and were given two sheets: a fitted and a flat to make the sofa bed usable. It was not made for us. When opened the sofa bed the mattress in it was so dirty and old I literally wanted to have 3 fitted sheets to cover it. In addition the room did not have any additional pillows or blankets. When asked at reception for additional pillows and blankets we were told they have none available. My son had no choice but to sleep with only the flat sheet as a cover and I had to give him one of my pillows from the king bed which made me uncomfortable too. Woke up with bad neck ache. The room itself feels like has not been updated since the 80s. Old carpet, outdated bathroom and very loud air conditioner.

Clean sheets and towels; all else was grossly deteriorated. Drooping mattress, goodwill couch and furnishings made it an uncomfortable night.
No air in the general hotel; window units in the room but it worked. Good breakfast, nice staff. It's directly off the noisy freeway in a dilapidated part of town.

Tried to use the pool, but clearly people who did not belong and were obviously on drugs had taken over the pool area. Spa was broken. Overall experience was very poor. Would not recommend.

Do not stay here. Extremely dirty and run down. Unfolded the sofa bed and there was a giant blood stain on the mattress. The bathroom was being taken over by mold. They offer a laundry facility but good luck getting quarters to use it there is no quarter machine and the front desk is no help either and the stores around the hotel will not sell you any oh and they don’t have a laundry soap vending machine either. The pool seemed like it was a bathtub for the homeless. Upon arrival we were greeted by two cops.

The property is outdated and a bit rundown. We stayed in a room on the second floor and we could hear every footstep above us—very loud.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast in the morning is convenient. Food just okay, but what you’d expect.

The hotel was terrible. The room had a musty smell, linens were stained, the bathroom was gross, the air unit sounded like a jet engine. The BK area was tiny and the equipment did not work. Worst hotel experience ever! I will never stay there again. 3rd country hotels have better conditions than this Comfort Inn. Don’t recommend at all.
