Staff was nice but when I asked before booking if there was anything going on that would hinder our stay I was told no. I arrive and it’s under demo and not normal demo but things all over the stair case the hallway and people who were working there and living there drinking and hanging out in The hallway. My son was horrified and scared to go anywhere in the hotel alone. The room was clean but the tub was not… jets do not work and water barely operated in sink. Staff was yet again super nice though but there should be a notification about the hazards and if not that atleast have the crew cleaning up regularly if you’re expecting people to continue paying over 100 a night to stay there. Also, NO elevator! There was a woman with a walker I get so bad for!

There was a smell when you first came into the door that was off putting that never went away the 2 days we were there. The staff was nice but seemed that they would rather be elsewhere. The beds were comfy.

Stay was as good as usual but the check-in process was very different. Usually they just confirm my information, but this time the guy asked ever question like I had not stayed there of the 3rd time in less then a month. I didn't recognize him so maybe he was new.

Really rundown looking hotel. There is no elevator and it's just a really dated looking place.
Service okay and the room was fine but overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Unfortunately, the water issue is huge. We could not shower when we arrived. It simply would not work. Many guest had no hot water or no pressure to shower. Ours was fixed but we were not able to use the one service that was much needed for our stay.
