I loved it here! It was nice the check in women was so nice and accommodating!

My room was extremely clean.

Property was clean, the staff was able to help with the stay as I was coming from out of state due to family emergency.

By 9 Sunday morning, there was nothing for breakfast. And no one around at all for check out.

Easy and convenient to UNCW campus.

Ive stayed here quite a bit. Its definitely my go too in Wilmington when it comes to bang for buck. The staff is amazing, however the parking lot can be alil fishy sometimes due to the number of contractors that come through when they work in Wilimington, I've gotten a few screws in my tires, and the bar across the parking lot has a lot of college traffic. Other than that the place is amazing!

Positive: The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. Price was affordable. Cons: The hotel room was in need of updating - worn fabric on the chair, rusty lamps, etc. The bathroom was not completely clean (hair on the floor and in the tub). Breakfast was not great and not healthy - fried eggs, sausage.

Quick 1 night stay at an older motel. No issues with the motel or staff. Dated rooms but fairly comfortable. Close to entertainment, dining and downtown Wilmington.

Stayed here previously. It was good. Great breakfast. That's the selling point for me.

Room was comfortable and clean.Shower only went to Luke warm. Unpleasant; we like hot showers. Breakfast ends at 9:00. We were just in time after sleeping in from exhausting drive. The attendant took plates and breads away while my husband was trying to toast his slice. She could have asked him if he wanted any. I didn’t get the chance to have any being 9:01am. I thought that was a bit ignorant. The front desk clerk was kind and professional.

Overall the property was nice my only complaint are the pillows on the bed are sooooo small, so I definitely suggest bringing your own

Overall this hotel was good for the price I paid. The staff was very nice and accommodating at checkin. The room was basic but comfortable except for the bed. Too firm for my back. Very firm in fact. Where I was, was noisy and my next room neighbor kept waking me up flushing his very noisy toilet multiple times during the night. It took ages for the hot water to come through for the shower. I was just about to give up when it suddenly got warmer. Shower in general was nice after it heated up. Bathroom was clean and nice enough. I liked that the vanity was inside the bathroom. Housekeeping was ok. I moved a footstool from in front of the armchair and found someone else’s dirty sock underneath it. Kinda shows a lack of attention to detail. Other than that, the room was clean. I did have a bad experience with the housekeeper. I had the DND sign on my door so I could sleep in but she took it upon herself to knock on the door and wake me up to ask me if I was staying or checking out. Yeah, not ideal. I thought she would have known that info from her info sheet, especially since they’re only doing housekeeping on request or at checkout. Lol. Also be aware that Orbitz and Expedia states that this hotel has an EV charger. It does NOT but there’s a fast charger at an Exxon gas station about three minutes away. There’s an Outback Steakhouse right beside it too so you could charge over dinner!! Overall it was an ok experience but watch out for those hard beds!

The room felt creep and made us feel uncomfortable

The nightstaff that checked me in was friendly however when I tried to leave for work my door would not lock. I immediately called the front desk and the morning desk clerk stated she would watch my room and get it fixed immediately. I was confused because I did understand how she was good to watch my room on the 6th floor when she was on the first floor. I immediately got distressed and had to go back to the room to pack up my valuables because the door would not lock! This causes me to be late for my first day of work. When I returned, I requested a new room and the girl gave me a complete attitude and kept trying for me to keep my old room. I explained I no longer felt safe and wanted a new room. I was finally allowed to get a new room but I will definitely NOT be staying there when I return to Wilmington in a couple of weeks. Be sure to check the locks if you plan to stay there!

This was an enjoyable and comfortable place after haven driven for over 7 hours. Very quiet place to lay my head. The night clerk was very friendly and made the check-in seem so effortless. I appreciated that. The room was pleasant with all the amenities that I would need, especially the refrigerator. The king size bed was just what I needed with a mattress that was soothing to my tired body. Heating was excellent! The bathroom was fully supplied with a shower that worked 100%. The water temperature was just right. The location was great as I was able to get out to find a quick meal to go.

The lady at the desk was nice, they had free cookies and the pillows were super soft
