The pool was awesome. My kids enjoyed the stay. They were awesome and treated us so kindly and like a person. I always have to travel with my service dog. The staff were all amazing and helpful

Stayed only one night for an early morning hospital visit. Very nice clean, large rooms. The handicap accessible room was perfect for my sister’s needs. Beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet and and safe.

Best stay. Great service. So thankful I didn't get downgraded because I traveled with my service dog. Pool was fun.

I was impressed with the remodel going on. Our only dislike was we were told we couldnt have a reciept after I paid because we went through a third party to get the room. But the next morning a different receptionist had no problem giving us a reciept. I was having cancer surgery on the 3rd & needed it to get help to be reimbersed. If needed Id stay there again though. Thank you.

I found something that looked like a turd under the side of the bed. I moved one of the couches in the suite and it had not been vacuumed.
The pool was to strong of chemicals sit in or enjoying. Pool passes are limited to # of guest per room. No pass for adults to just watch. I had to buy another room to have enough braclets for my grandkids. Then no one even checked for them. Not a good experience.

Pros: Staff was friendly, check in and out was quick. Lots of towels in the room.
Cons: Property was not very clean, carpets in hallway were gross. Hotel layout was odd and not signed well. Room was not very clean at all; bathtub drain plug was set on the back of the toilet, toilet had not been cleaned in some time, stains on curtains, gross carpet, used paper on desk. Swimming area was super gross - when the water was off you could see all the gross scuzz.
I would not recommend this place.

Overall the stay was good. Pool area was clean and maintained. Rooms were average but needing updates (peeling walpaper and ceilings), Bathroom products not great/tiny, looking like they did some construction and got paint or plaster all over the walls without cleaning up after. The worst part was the cleanliness of the breakfast area - not maintained at all. Had to request things and report poor conditions. Same food daily, no changes in hot food variety (2 items offered , egg rounds and sausage links).

Check in and check out were esay and quick. Our room on the first floor was clean and modern. We had a two bed suite with a loveseat and a very nice walk in shower. Our stay was great. We did not use the water park but went in and saw it was nicely done and looked well maintained. The attached restaurant was closed our first night but we ate there the following evening and it was top notch. The service was great and the food was excellent. The menu had lots of inviting entres and the prices were very reasonable at $10 - $20 per meal. We have already booked another stay here for our next visit to Green Bay.

The pool had so much chlorine we had rashes even after showering. It burned your eyes when you walked it. Our room, was right across from the ballroom area where there was some event going on with very loud music. Very hard to relax and my 6 year old was very disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay minus the doors slamming all night around us. I think we were by a staircase so the noise was more frequent, which kept me up all night.

Bathroom shower had hair in it. Blankets on the bed had hair and stains and the pull out couch had a huge pee stain disgusting! We usually enjoy staying here but it has definitely gone downhill!
