Comfort Suites

The room was average. The hotel itself was fairly clean although you could tell that housekeeping was not a priority. There was frequently dirty towels, garbage and linens sitting in the hallways for sometimes an entire day waiting to be picked up. I have never stayed at hotel that housekeeping never came in. We were there for a full week and never had full housekeeping. When i asked at the front desk for someone to come in, the response was not pleasant. The first time (on day 4), they sent someone in while we were gone and they only emptied 1 garbage and took some of the dirty towels while leaving the others in a pile on the bathroom floor. No beds made, no toilet paper filled, etc. The second time(on day 5), they sent someone to the room with a few towels and toilet paper (since we were out) and that was it.

With 3 children who love to swim, we booked specifically for the pool/splash pad. It was just as nice as the pictures, but what wasn't was the circus going on inside when we got there. I would compare it to a summer day in the Dells where there was no where to sit around the pool, children were flying around unattended and occupancy for the area itself was definitely way over capacity. It wasn't safe, not even for the kids to use the splash pad slide because of older children acting like they just did 15 whip-its. Sadly, we had to exit without using the feature we truly booked the hotel for in the first place. Live and learn... next time we're passing through, we'll stick to the more popular, water featured hotel.

Check in was quick, our room was in view of pool. Free breakfast free wifi.

Pool to the room… DIRTY. Hot tub SCUM ALL OVER RIM, Pool room looks old and beat up. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A FAMILY. Wouldn’t recommend for travelers because you’re getting charged for garbage amenities. I remember back when this place was up kept really well, or maybe just new. May as well as tear it down and start over.

Everything was great. Did only 4 stars because the hallway was dirty. We only stayed one night. The whole while there was a Togo box chicken wings left in hallway with one or two on the floor. Not picked up the whole time were there. Yes, I could’ve picked it up but my curiosity made me see if it would be cleaned up. Nope.

Normal mid-range family friendly hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool mid day when there were less crowds. Lots of chlorine in the air by the pool made it hard to stay in there too long. Workout room was as hot as the pool as the air was not working in there. tap water had a bad aftertaste. But the place did its job. It gave us a place to sleep, and the guys at the bar were nice and made good drinks for the grownups.

We were so excited to come here and play in the awesome pool. Checking in was a nightmare. He just said ok here ya go. No direction or information, nothing. Had to ask where to go and he simply stated ‘down the pool hall’ .. which isss??? The wallpaper is peeling off and moldy. Cobweb/Daddy-long-leg type spiders in the bed. Poole DESPERATELY needs to be cleaned. Black dingy grossness along the top of the hot tub (above the waterline) hot tub floor disengaging, feels like a rocky lake bottom. Waffle batter separating and has chunks of hard brown something?! I have pictures of all this Not sure how they are open, let alone charging $150 a night?! Mind-blowing. My kiddo did have fun, hopefully none of us get sick!!

We have stayed here multiple times. We always love the waterpark for our daughter. We come every few months. This stay over Father’s Day was the worst experience. First day we checked in. Our room was disgusting. Dirt and stains in the beds and sheets. Bandaid wrappers EVERYWHERE. Blood smeared on a table, this room was not cleaned well. We told the front desk they did switch our rooms. However the room we got though it was better, had a malfunctioning shower. Which sucks because we paid extra for the rain shower water room. Then the next day the power at the hotel went out around 9:30am we talked to a maintenance guy we saw outside hoping they were turning it back on. No. It was planned. Nobody informed us. We spoke with the front desk and they basically couldn’t do anything for us. I’ve since called the manager and left voicemails and he’s not yet returned the calls. This was by far the worst stay. Thanks for a great Father’s Day weekend guys!

Water park was great! Everything was working! Breakfast was good.

Our kids had a great time at the pool and splash pad area. We were there from a Monday to Tuesday, so it was pretty quiet and we usually had the pool to ourselves. The rooms were comfortable, but there were signs of wear such as peeling wallpaper and dirty pool area.

Absolutely love the pool area. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had a couple accommodations due to traveling with an infant and they helped tremendously. The only thing I would ask is they update their cribs. The metal crib was very rickety and kind of nerve racking at times. I would not recommend them for a baby that tosses and turns like ours. He had several bumps and small bruises from hitting the bars. Highly recommend switching to pack and plays.

Great experience overall. Pool/slide base padding could use some upgrades. Very chlorinated, our little ones got rashes despite washing up quick after. Loud neighbors, but I get it as it’s a hotel catering to families. Attached restaurant was a very pleasant surprise.
