We were so excited to come here and play in the awesome pool. Checking in was a nightmare. He just said ok here ya go. No direction or information, nothing. Had to ask where to go and he simply stated ‘down the pool hall’ .. which isss??? The wallpaper is peeling off and moldy. Cobweb/Daddy-long-leg type spiders in the bed. Poole DESPERATELY needs to be cleaned. Black dingy grossness along the top of the hot tub (above the waterline) hot tub floor disengaging, feels like a rocky lake bottom. Waffle batter separating and has chunks of hard brown something?! I have pictures of all this Not sure how they are open, let alone charging $150 a night?! Mind-blowing. My kiddo did have fun, hopefully none of us get sick!!

We have stayed here multiple times. We always love the waterpark for our daughter. We come every few months. This stay over Father’s Day was the worst experience. First day we checked in. Our room was disgusting. Dirt and stains in the beds and sheets. Bandaid wrappers EVERYWHERE. Blood smeared on a table, this room was not cleaned well. We told the front desk they did switch our rooms. However the room we got though it was better, had a malfunctioning shower. Which sucks because we paid extra for the rain shower water room. Then the next day the power at the hotel went out around 9:30am we talked to a maintenance guy we saw outside hoping they were turning it back on. No. It was planned. Nobody informed us. We spoke with the front desk and they basically couldn’t do anything for us. I’ve since called the manager and left voicemails and he’s not yet returned the calls. This was by far the worst stay. Thanks for a great Father’s Day weekend guys!

Water park was great! Everything was working! Breakfast was good.

Our kids had a great time at the pool and splash pad area. We were there from a Monday to Tuesday, so it was pretty quiet and we usually had the pool to ourselves. The rooms were comfortable, but there were signs of wear such as peeling wallpaper and dirty pool area.

Water park in pool was a plus with grandkids

Absolutely love the pool area. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had a couple accommodations due to traveling with an infant and they helped tremendously. The only thing I would ask is they update their cribs. The metal crib was very rickety and kind of nerve racking at times. I would not recommend them for a baby that tosses and turns like ours. He had several bumps and small bruises from hitting the bars. Highly recommend switching to pack and plays.

Great experience overall. Pool/slide base padding could use some upgrades. Very chlorinated, our little ones got rashes despite washing up quick after. Loud neighbors, but I get it as it’s a hotel catering to families. Attached restaurant was a very pleasant surprise.

Fridge wasn’t emptied from the last guest, safe wasn’t emptied from last guest and there was medication in there, no toilet paper in the room. When we called down for toilet paper we were told to come down and grab some which is not that big of a deal but also inconvenient when you just got young kids into the room and everyone needs to go potty

Always great customer service. Rooms are kept very clean and tidy. Pool area are great for kids to swim and play. It was annoying when older kids were throwing around volley ball and football around other guest.

Everything and everyone was amazing! Great family friendly place!

We loved this place we stayed here before leaving to our trip and on our way back coming home. My little girl loved the water park, they have room service which is convenient they delivered to the pool or your room. We would definitely recommend this place if you have little ones who love water.

Rooms and hotel weren’t anything special but good enough for a one night stay l. Front desk staff was amazing

Great room, great amenities. Comfy beds, great service, easy check in!

The chlorine was so bad in the pool area the kids were coughing after 30 mins of being in there, they also don’t left guests come even if they are just watching kids.

The property all seems a little dated in this area. There is a haunted attraction a little down the road that also doesn't improve the ambience.

Nice place to bring kids

Hotel is definitely going down hill unfortunately. Piles of chlorine or white powered substance at the bottom of the hot tub. Also the hot tub was not hot warm but not hot along with the jets not working. We stayed in room 127 and you have to lift the door and pull ultra hard for it to close as it gets stuck on the frame.

We had a room with two queen beds, but both beds were pushed up against a wall so you could only get into bed on one side. If you have two people to a bed, it makes it difficult for one person because they have to crawl over you to get into bed.

It was good, nice pool area. The breakfast was nothing special.
