Very clean room

Overall ok stay. Good breakfast to have to start the day.

There was a church convention so it was pretty noisy

The mattress needed to be replaced, they placed a pad underneath the sheets, but it did not offer any support. The first room had a clogged drain; the second room had soap that was leftover from previous guest.

I always chiose to stay here. Comfortable. Large rooms, friendly staff

The lady gave the wrong room to begin with and then took forever to replace the room and the check in took forever

The smell of the room was very musty like mold. The phone was very dirty and needed to be replaced or disinfected at the least. The bathtub was very dirty. Staff was very friendly but they were very short staffed and definitely need more to be hired.

Rude front desk clerk. Terrible first impression for the hotel.

It’s pretty good to stay one night.

Upon check-in for my stay, I was informed that they don't clean the room unless we ask, that dirty towels should be placed outside the door in the morning, and clean towels could be picked up at the desk. On one of the beds, the sheet looked like it was too small, and wouldn't stay on the bed. There were no cups in the room. I had to go back to the desk to get some after I got to my room. The second night, there was no one at the desk when I went to get fresh towels. There was a sign stating they would be back in a few minutes. Since, I had one towel left, I just went up to the room. On the last night, I had to ring a bell to get the attendant. I asked for fresh towels, and she went to the back for about 5 minutes and came back with the towels. If you are going to have this towel policy because people are stealing them, as I was told, have some available nearby. Also, the air conditioner had no vent on it and was filthy! After reading the other reviews, I was so surprised by all of this after I picked this hotel for my visit. The beds were comfortable, but that is the only good thing I can offer for this review.

house keeping was really bad

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made stay pleasant. I have stayed there several times. The bed was wonderful so slept well.

The room wasn’t cleaned very well. Housekeeping left the trash in the room and dirty linens in the closet. Also, the tissue holder in the bathroom had gunk on the top of it. The manager offered to move us when we found the trash. That was nice and she did take care of it. We’re going to give them another try on our next trip because we recognized this might be a fluke, and the manager was so great. Otherwise, the room would have been top notch.

It is unavoidable to get into the hotel without walking through all the smokers. Once inside, we were given keys to an occupied room. After we were given correct keys, the room was very nice, comfortable and clean, however tvs did not work properly with remote.

The room was absolutely disgusting. I felt gross days after checking out. The bed had stains in it!!! BLOOD STAINS. The bathroom was horrible. Urine stains all over the bathroom and someone used soap was still in the shower. We left. I can't begin to describe this mess.

The room wasn't what I expected based on the reviews I read prior to my trip. The room had a musty scent to it so much so that I had to go to my car to retrieve the air freshener. The rooms are dated and could use some freshening up. Nevertheless it served my purpose after a 15 hour drive.

Nice people running grounds..sheets in room could have been way cleaner BRING LYSOL!!

Great stay. Breakfast was good. The location is decent. Surrounded by about 5 other hotels. The Main Street has lots of restaurants to visit. Room was clean (king size, 3rd floor), towels & sheets clean. Very roomy ! (Pics taken before leaving.. hence the unmade bed)
