The room was not updated. The bed was broke in the middle and the couch was stained real badly. It was only my room but other guest room looked ok

Overall, a nice stay. The mirror light in the bathroom was not working which made for a dim morning prep, but all else was OK. Will mention that there was a nice breakfast.

The room was not properly cleaned. It was obvious it was given the ole, quick once over.

The staff was friendly enough but our room door didn’t close the way it was supposed to.

Cleanliness: 7/10 The room was dated, with stains on the couch and floor. Water Pressure / Heat: 7/10 The shower was hot but not very strong. Comfort: 8/10 The first room had a mini fridge that was VERY loud, making a recurring sound that became quite bothersome after working a couple of hours in the room. Initially, my concern was ignored, and I was told nothing could be done. However, the front desk eventually found another similar room that was silent, which was much appreciated. The rest of the stay was fine. Overall: 8/10 A bit dated but okay. The issue with the fridge and how it was handled brings it back to 8 stars in my book.

Very happy with room, bed and shower.

My stay was great but the only thing that needs attention is the carpet in the room. The carpet gave off a odor so it needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Our stay was five other than the thermostat in the room not working and rotten fruit being served at breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean.

Property was nice fulfilled my needs

The staff were very helpful. They fixed a problem with the treadmill & the bathroom light asap. The room was excellent for accommodating my husband who has cardiac issues. It had a couch where he could relax & was on the first floor.

The only problem we experienced was asking for a towel and they never brought it. I can tell the hotel needs some updating and repairs. Otherwise very nice and helpful staff.

Stayed overnight due to a basketball tournament. It was close to the college. However, I wasn’t fond of the room. No towels, sheets on hide a bed were not clean. It did appear that they need more help. Front desk person was having to be everywhere but at the desk.

The air stopped working which caused me to be hot. Went to staff and they were very unpleasant and unprofessional! I left in the middle of the night since the problem couldn’t be solved

We had booked for the 2nd and needed to change it to the 3rd ; we called and the lady was extremely rude but she made the change ….well she said, she did. On the 3rd I called to confirm and once again the person who answered the phone was very rude. She first couldn’t find my name in computer at all . Then she found it and said they had charged me for the 2nd. So not only did I not have a room but I lost my money. This is terrible service. We came into town thinking we had a room , and didn’t, but worse was charged for a room we didn’t use. We will never stay here and recommend no one else does.

The staff was excellent

Overall good, the only issue was one of the night table lamps not working.
