Great location for shopping and dining- the hotel is really cute and the front desk was amazing and got us into a room early

This was a good value for the money since this is an expensive neighbourhood. It's convenient to the T (metro system) and Amtrak, which was important to me since I trained in, but you can also use the T if you fly in. It's toward the bottom of the Back Bay area, which means walking around the block to get good shopping and restaurants. You also have access to the Symphony and Art Museums by T.
It's not hard to walk to the North End, but you can also get there by T.
I would have liked some sort of on site breakfast, but there are a couple of good places nearby (Lucie's and Thorntons).
Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful.

The place was good, although we didn’t sleep very well because the thermostat was broken. The heat was blasting at 85 degrees! We were sweaty!

It was clean, the worst part was I was on the seventh floor and had to go all the way down to the first for coffee each morning and it cost 65$ a night to park your car.

BED WAS TINY AND THE HVAC BLEW DOWN UPON IT TO CREATE AWFUL EXPERIENCE. THE ROOM WAS TINY TOO. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
