Nice little hotel. Close to parking garages, and the Prudential Center for food and shopping. Only a 15 minute walk to MGM and Femway. Only stayed a night, easy chick in and check out.

We stayed in this hotel during our week long stay in Boston and it was just the job. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, from checking in till checking out.
We arrived early and were just going to drop our bags off and head out, but we were told the room was ready so we could go straight up.
The location is fantastic. Just one street back from the shops and restaurants and a couple of minutes walk from the t stop at back bay.
The room was spotless and very spacious with everything that you would need (tv, fridge, mini safe, bottled water and soap, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. There was free coffee all day and night in a little kitchen downstairs along with microwaves and a vending machine.
When it came to check out, there as a room to leave your luggage in which was free and locked with a ticket needed to retrieve your luggage.
We are thinking of going back to Boston soon and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We love the Copley. Where we prefer to stay in Boston. Location is perfect for walking to ballpark and the entire area is perfect. The elevators are terribly slow. I won’t let that deter me. Small issue to me. I take the stairs if I don’t want to wait.

Property was convenient, walking distance for everything we wanted to see, staff were excellent, very helpful. Room was clean. An old building with odd staircases. Had to Valet park extra $ night.
