Not a bad hotel except the t.v. didn't work. The a/c struggled to cool the room. The ice maker was also broken

No handicap accomidations available at check in. The toilet seat was broken, but did get fixed while we were there. The room was musty and smelled like dog. When i mentioned it the response was, "awe, sorry." There were bugs on the floor in the lobby. Breakfast was good!

Great option and staff was great!

It was a convenient stop but average in everything else.

Good: Nice hot breakfast with eggs and sausage along with usual carbs, nice big breakfast area, clean comfortable beds Bad: Broken key card machine at check in, had to wait 20 mins for it to reboot to get our room keys, broken shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser laying on floor in bathroom, had to pick up whole mount the bottles were still connected to in order to use it. the hair dryer did not work. The towels provided for the pool area were small and hardly absorbant.

Property very worn, not real clean. TV didn’t work. Couldn’t regulate room temperature very well.

When we arrived we were given keys to a room that did not work. Replaced them 3 times and they didn’t work. Finally the (very kind) worker opened it for us, however, the room was just ok. There was dog food on the floor and the tv did not work. She moved us to a different room but upon entering there was a bag of garbage on the floor and key cards on one of the beds. We again were moved to a different room which was fine and comfortable, but at 11 o’clock at night all the things were a little off putting. The breakfast was very good though!

We stayed in the king suite room 310. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice. But the refrigerator and the TV in the bedroom did not work. There’s a big slash in the cushion on the couch. Other than that it was well.

Arrived at 7pm. The young desk lady was lovely. Had a lot of people to book in herself and still maintained her friendly manner. Over 30mins to book in. GET A NEW KEY CARD MACHINE. First room didn’t open. (Opened the room next to it. ) had a dirty bathroom. Next room had a broken toilet flusher.(moved again) Next room smelt like pot, 4th room had a broken fridge so had to move a fridge from another room. Carpets on the stairs dirty, gym equipment didn’t all work. Car park very cramped to fit in and full of pot holes in the grounds. Booked as a quick stop over to head back home from our vacation. Will never book here again. Management needs to give the young girl a raise having to deal with all that and some rude speaking customers at check in. I was offered what was thought to be a cheap pizza voucher to compensate however it was still costly. so late by the time we checked in and go through all those rooms it was after 9pm before we could eat.

When we walked into our room there was a distinct smell and the first thing you saw was hand prints on the mirror. The bed was made sloppy. One of the towels had stains on it and the floor of the stairs was filthy. The air system was missing the battery cover. The door of the drawer kept rolling out. My family own air BnBs and the cleanliness of this place is subpar at best. I’m almost scared to see the free breakfast in the morning.

Great stay

This hotel was awful to us. When we arrived they had given our room away and put us in a pet/dog room. No working TV. No working fridge. the next night they tried to move us into a single bed room but couldn't get any keys to work. We had to leave and find another hotel. Manager Nicole said they would refund us for that night but has not. I have called numerus times and she will not answer or call me back. 10 days later and i am still calling with no resolution! You did not have a room i reserved, at least refund my payment
