Room was clean. However, there was no chair to sit in other than the chair at the desk in the room. We were told that the hotel was phasing out chairs in the room. I’ll pass on Country Inn & Suites in the future.

Initial check in person was pleasant, however rest of staff must be having a bad day. Facilities average at best. Breakfast disappointing at best. Not a lot of positivity to report.

We upgraded our room for $2 to a suite and our kids (7 &5) shared the sofa bed. Awesome decision because they got to watch their shows and we got our space.
Breakfast was good! And the pool was a highlight. Some aspects of the property are dated but still clean

Room was very worn and there were noticable stains on carpet and arm chair. Sofabed was extremely uncomfortable and missing all but two springs at the foot end. Pillows were terrible.

Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 had to wait until after 4:00 for a room. Manager acted like it was an inconvenience and ended up having to assign us a different room because ours still wasn’t ready. Her excuse was they’d suddenly sold out however we had our room booked for 2 months in advance.

Person at the front desk left multiple times so we couldnt buy water. Bed was very old, creaky, and sunk in, so we got terrible sleep. On top of that, the place was musky and not well maintained.

The property was nice but unfortunately the room that I was given had a very musty smell when I entered the room. I had to turn the air conditioner on very cool to make the smell go away.

Front personal not by counter. He was outside smoking. Had to wait for him to come back about 5 to 8 mins. We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights and after 3 nights in the room, the next day morning @ 7:30am I asked the front desk to have the housekeeper to clean the room. When we get back at 9pm the room is not clean. Very disappointed! Would not recommend to stay there. And also the hallway and the bedroom smell damped and soured.

Nice facility however the Manager was very rude and inconsiderate. Staff didn't care that they were an inconvenience towards guest and lied about contacting me about not having the room I booked available.
