Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cincinnati Airport, KY

Very nice inside pool. Friendly staff. The only issue was there were ants coming out of the air conditioner unit. But the room was very clean so did not appear to be an issue with cleanliness.

The best thing about this property is the manager. She went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and to accommodate our very early flight.

Light switch broke very unfortunate but would stay again

When we arrived there was no staff. The sign said they were away picking up a customer at the airport so we had to wait for approximately 20 minutes until someone got there to check us in. Then had to wait a few more minutes after that to see if our room was ready. The room was okay. Whoever they had remodel did a horrible job. My boys were disappointed with how small the TV was compared to other hotels we stay at. When we went to breakfast the next morning the sign was again at the desk that staff was away picking up someone at the airport. Whether there was someone else there attending the breakfast room or not I don't know but we weren't the only ones that had to wait for more food to be out out to be able to eat. My kids couldn't eat their cereal until someone finally showed to replenish the milk cartons. It is nice they offer rides to the hotel from the airport but for goodness sakes have another staff member there to run the place while they are gone. If we ever travel to this area again we will chose somewhere else to stay.

The room smells very strongly of some sort of citrus cleaner or air freshener, likely an attempt to cover up the smell from the mold in the bathroom, which is alive and well on both the wall and ceiling. Asked to move to a different room but another was not available.

Perfect home away from home !

The room has kind of a funky smell during my last night there. Otherwise, good room and bathroom.

Power went off evening until 3:40 am. No information given, no water offered; no one at front desk to help. We three are disabled z also diabetes stuck on top floor. No elevator. Teenagers running up and down. No sleep at all!

Close to creation museum and fairly close to Cincinnati Reds stadium, also not too bad of a drive to Noah’s Ark. Good breakfast

Great value. Nice breakfast. Friendly helpful employees. Overall a nice stay.

Property has wear and tear in rooms and elevator

There wasno electricity and no air conditioning, people were loud in hallway, kids running in the hallway. Just very uncomfortable at 89 degrees out with no electricity or air conditioning.

The hotel staff were very nice upon checking in. Checking out was easy...we just put the keys in a basket. The room was not very clean and the bed was very uncomfortable but to be honest, we didnt complain because we were too tired and the parking lot was full.

Just ok for an overnight

There was no air conditioning on in the room when we entered and it was sweltering. The room smelled of mold. The pillows were just awful. The best part was our shuttle to the airport.

No house keeping/making beds or changing towel. You have to request. Have to get facial tissue for the room at the front desk.

Great job as always, stay there 4-5 times a year.

The property was ok, the problem was with some of the other folks staying. Kids running in halls and slamming doors until 11 PM and adults getting up early slamming doors, drawers, etc. at 2:30 PM. I would not stay near an airport again if I wanted to get a decent night's sleep.
