The room was old and not kept up

The property needs updates. My bed sagged very badly in the middle. General facilities needs repairs.

Very nice hotel. Clean and well kept. I was surprised to see that the front desk clerk is also the driver for the airport shuttle. Seems counter productive but the clerk was kind, friendly and professional despite being pulled in several directions at once

We are fans of this chain. Thanks for always providing a great stay!

I like this hotel! Very close to airport and the price was right. Front desk was nice and I love that they have Stouffer's frozen dinners just in case you get hungry. I recommend staying here.

The ladies at the front desk they were so nice, but the room was not good, so one of the lamps was not on, the AC was not cooling...

Honest review- my family stayed here back in February and had no complaints. A convenient location, rooms were decent, breakfast was eh but better than nothing. This time though, we were on a different side of the building and immediately entering the room there was a strange smell. I thought the ac needed to be ran so did so. I realized when taking a shower, there was mold coming through on the ceiling. When leaving and coming back, you could easily tell it was a moldy/mildewy smell going on in the room. My dad was in the connecting room next door and he had no smell like ours. I mentioned it to the front desk because we had a newborn and she immediately said they could "try to move us IF they had another room but couldnt offer any compensation". I was kind of thrown by that because I wasnt asking for comp just a health concern. We were checking out in the morning so I let it go but sadly we all felt TERRIBLE the next morning. My newborn sounds congested, ive had a sore throat, and my husband woke up with chest pains. I will also add the swimming pool is entirely TOO stuffy they need to figure out a way to circulate the air better and way too much chlorine is used it burns your skin. Good price but we will not be staying here again unfortunately.

Great service and a really nice hotel. We had to wait at the desk for a good while as the receptionist is apparently the hospital transport driver. The Breakfast was alright . All and all a good experience and we would stay here again.
