We enjoyed our stay and would return again

Elevator was out of service and made it inconvenient with a bad knee to climb three flights of stairs!

The hotel was run down, desk staff was rude, and the walls were paper thin. I saw that the reviews prior was good but my experience was anything but.

Good place

The place is great, I’ve stayed there several times. The only negative was the elevator was out. But they apologized for that several times.

Room was good. We were on the second floor and could hear the person above us and their squeaky floorboards.

Beautiful property. Clean and quiet.

The 1st room I was assigned smelled like weed. One of the halls also smelled like weed. The no smoking rule should be enforce. The front desk lady assigned me a larger room for me & it was clean.

Everything at the property was fine, staff were excellent. Overnight someone let all the air out of one of my tires, I had an appointment to see my brother in ICU and it was cut short because of this incident

The parking has a lot of crack and holes. My husband 82 years old trip on the side walk and we called 911. Broke his nose with 5 stitches on his forehead and 2 stitches on his nose.

My hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were really nice as well. I’d definitely come back!

Very outdated and clean but extremely run down. The main areas are in despertares of repair and the rooms have certain upgrades but other areas of the room are old ( fridges in room and microwaves are very outdated and old). Water took minutes ( 4-5) to get warm in bathroom and by the time it was warm, the clogged sink was nearly overflowing. We had a king room with pullout bed but there were no linens for the pull out and when we requested them they said they had none. So the room for 4 only had bedding for 2. We did eventually get some but that was after two visits to front desk and a phone call. Just stay somewhere else. The staff is nice but the accommodations are not up to the price. And it’s not that expensive so…….

Nice. Everything you needed was in the room. There was room construction being done but it wasn't a bother. Very nice breakfast offered eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. More than cereal and donuts.

Overall it was good. The elevator is slow and sounds very old and the breakfast wasn’t great! Everything else was good and we will return

I liked the breakfast. Slippery and icy sidewalks not so great

The weekend we were there, we were told there was intermittent water access. We may or may not have water. It might be turned off. When we did have water to shower, the pressure was very low and it was barely warm. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The hallway and neighboring rooms were quite noisy.

The jetted tub in our room has in bad shape and little chunks of something came out of the jets.

The hotel is going through renovations and it shows breakfast was bland. Heavier bedding needed for winter stay. Original lady at check in was not friendly and did not present herself well. No greeting.
