Had quite a problem with the room key cards. Had to spend minutes swiping them before we could get in the room.

Didnt like the breakfast quality. The room was ok, overall good hotel for short stay

First off, we arrived at 430, check in is at 3,and our room wasnt ready. Then we came back 2 hours later to find the room door was messed up,no security latch on the door was it was broken off, stained lamp covers, stained sheets, noisy refrigerator, noisy ACthat did not work and we left the next day and they refused to refund us for the night we didnt stay. Iwill ne er stay here again.

When I checked in the girl at the front desk didn’t tell Me that the elevator was out of service Or when I came back in with My husband with our luggage and bags As I walked to elevator there was signs on the two vending machines also that said out of service She said she forgot to tell me but there was no other customer she was with the whole time My husband had to pull our 60lbs luggage upstairs to the second floor. Got in our room went to use the bathroom and there was no tissue Went to the front desk and she was gone sign on counter said she was with a customer I stood there waiting for 15 minutes

A quite nice clean place especially for the price. Staff was friendly. It’s In the middle of lots of shops/restaurants. Breakfast was the usual egg/pork/waffle you get at any chain hotel. I’d definitely stay here again

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night with my 16 year old daughter for her volleyball tournament in Grand Rapids. She finished early for the day and I asked if we could check in early. I was trying to check in at 1 PM (instead of 3) and was told it would be a $30 charge. So I declined and came back after 3. When I arrived again, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and the best part of the trip, but I never saw him again after that. We used the elevator since we had our bags to the 2nd floor and when we got to floor 2, it took longer than normal/expected for the elevator doors to open. We decided to not use it again. Our room was fine, but the bathroom did not close, there were multiple cracks in the tile floor, rust in the sink, a dirty hand towel and there was an exposed wire in the shower. My daughter showered only because she had to after her games. When I left the room, the door to the room did not close automatically and I had to pull it to make sure it was locked. Multiple children were running up and down the stairs for several hours (even though I had signed a form that children under 17 shouldn't be left alone). We thought we would try breakfast and it was awful. There was barely any breakfast and I did take a picture of what they were calling sausage. We went back to the room after not really eating and were locked out. Overall for almost $200, I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but I was expecting to be comfortable. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!

The staff was super and were awesome! The hotel however, has some serious issues. The elevator was not working for a 3rd floor room (definitely a problem for handicapped folks), the vending machines were broken, the TV didn't work, no waffle batter, bed springs creaked when I moved, beetles in room on my cup, The gal at the front desk said they come in through the doors. Breakfast was okay. The computer area worked well and again...the staff was awesome! The rooms definitely are not as portrayed in the photos. If everything had been working, I would have rated higher minus the creaking bed springs.

They did not have the room that I paid for when checking in. The elevator was broken, they put me on the 3rd floor. They had no food for te breakfast. They had a couple biscuits, no gravy. They had bread for toast, but no butter. No kill for cereal. No juices in juice machine. I inquired with the attendant, and she took me to the front desk. They said they had breakfast coming. Someone went to get it. I waited 30 minutes, no breakfast. I had to get to work, so I checked out. I asked for a receipt. I had paid through Hotel.com, but I received a receipt charging a different credit card and a different amount. I couldn’t identify the credit card.

The building needs lots of updates. The beds are very old and not comfortable/supportive. The staff was not friendly or welcoming.

After staying at this property multiple times before COVID, it appears that the property has gone downhill and is in disrepair. It took three attempts to get an acceptable room due to leaks and a lack of cleanliness. I will not be staying here again.

The first suite smelled like smoke and urine. Second room was quite adequate!

We walked in the front looks nice clean. Waited 30 mins for aomeown to come tot he desk. I requested top floor so we didnt hear running all night. Put us in the 2nd floor. Soon as we got off the elevator u can smell weed so bad and cigarettes. We getnin our room. It wasnt dirty dirty but u can tell it wasnt clean. The smell of smoke came in the room. Bed hard as a rock no blankets only sheets. Then the door wouldnt even lock. I call desk noone ever there. Night time who ever was above us must have had restless legs because ypu can hear thump thump thump all night then thwy went to bed at 630 am. Ill never stay again. Juat my opinion my lack of slee. Flwheb we did try to check out noone was at the desk they text me 2 hours after we left.

The hotel overall looked nice the employees kept things clean it was guest leaving empty pop bottles and trash all down the steps. Every time we got in the elevator we had to pray it didn't crash because of all the creaking and grinding noises it made It was as advertised but wouldn't use it again
