It was okay. Staff were pleasant. Pretty clean. Beds weren’t awful, but nothing to rave about. I was last minute ‘upgraded’ into a jacuzzi room-but the jacuzzi didn’t work due to some water issues, and the tv sound only worked for a couple hours and then never heard another sound out of it. I’d stay there again, but I wouldn’t want to pay the same price tbh.

Didn't go because the wife got sick. Did not receive any money back because I called too late. Be forewarned not to buy it through hotels.com because Radisson won't have anything to do with you.

Furniture needs to be replaced all scracthed .in both rooms we viewed. One chair was so dirty i would never sit on. Tile on floor grout black and moldy. Many homeless nearby hotel so sad.

Poor soundproofing! We can hear talking from the next room. They are talking in normal tones and we can easily hear every word.
The tv control is a joke. No guide available and you have to scroll thru the whole tv schedule to see whats on. Room entry doors slam and then rattle several doors in the vicinity. Every step from the occupant in the room above is rather loud.
NO WORKING SMOKE DETECTOR IN THE ROOM.
The bathroom water is hot - good thing. Check in was easy- good thing.
I expected much better from a room with a high rating from Hotels.com
