I arrived at the hotel that night which made it difficult to find because the sign was not lit up. But once I arrived I was very happy with the hotel. Overall the room is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The Continental breakfast was very good and had a wide selection to choose from. I would definitely stay again.

This property was a great value for us. Traveling with three teens and myself, it was perfect for a clean, comfy place to sleep. It was conveniently located, clean, staff was excellent, and breakfast was very good.
Purpose of the trip: to see the Bananas! Relatively short drive to the stadium and downtown area. About a 40 minute drive to Tybee Island so I feel it was centrally located. For the price, we will choose this again as opposed to the VRBO we used the last time in the historic district.
Can’t go wrong with a free breakfast and the place was clean!

The staff were really great with check in and even recommendations in the area. It was a great stay. The indoor pool and whirlpool were great and clean. My room was really clean too.

Stayed here to go to a Savannah Banana game. The area seemed like a safe place to stay. Inside looked nice and clean. Our room was fine. We did find old chapstick under the bed and a random pill (looked like maybe a vitamin) under the tv stand so I’m glad I didn’t have my toddler with me because she might would have found that first. But housecleaning obviously doesn’t check or clean under the furniture.

Was very disappointed in the check-in. People waiting in the lobby and outside for a while but were not allowed to check in until exactly 3:00 and then there was a line of 14 people. The person who checked us in was rude. I know it says 3:00 check-in but normally earlier check-in is allowed, even if you can't go to your room right away.

We stayed out of the historic district because of our budget. This hotel fit our price point and we found it wasn’t a hard trip to get down to that district. The staff was friendly and checking in and out as easy. The breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast so we knew what to expect but they had a variety of items to eat. I highly recommend making your own waffle

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Breakfast throughout the week was hit or miss but if they didn't have stuff, they were responsive at the front desk to get it restocked. Staff was friendly and location was really convenient for both going into downtown Savannah and doing things like Tybee Island and Skidaway Island.

The room was large with a seperate sitting area off to the side. The facility, grounds and room were very clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast included a variety of hot and cold food. There was plenty of well lit parking. Since it was next to a military facility, helicopters were flying during the day and late evening. This did not interfere with sleep. Overall the hotel was very quiet. Much quieter than hotels closer to the historic downtown.

The staff were polite and as helpful as they could be. No issues there. But our room left something to be desired. We got a room that was handicap-accessible, but the shower stall had only the hand-held apparatus, with nothing to clip the thing onto. When we complained, they had the maintenance man order the missing part, but it never arrived. And there was very little water pressure. The water was also very soft, so it felt impossible to rinse away soap or shampoo. The shower curtain was too short, so we wound up with water all over the floor the first morning — they put the right curtain on, later in the day. Also, there were no available outlets between the two beds, which, by the way, were smaller than queen-size. The sausages on the continental breakfast were either undercooked or burned, and lying in a pool of grease on one of the mornings. We got the feeling that the staff were doing their best to deal with a rough situation.

The room and the property were good. Clean and well kept up. However, the breakfast was very disappointing. There was no waffle mix, no sausage and the hash brown were barely brown. They also had no cream cheese for the bagels and the coffee was terrible. I don’t know if we just got them on a bad day, but breakfast should have been better.
