Ashley from the front desk was phenomenal. When we checked in there were a few issues and she helped us out with everything! She made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed! Great service and very comfortable stay.

Definitely would stay again.
We stayed three nights and didn’t want to go back home so we booked an extra night. Love how check out is at 12. And the free coffee and cookies all day and night.

Stayed during a football tournament, so expected that their would be a wait for breakfast or getting a table cleaned, but both days we were not able to eat bc of the rudeness of other guests. I never knew a continental breakfast was all you can eat and some people just push you out of the way to get what they want. Went to use the pool and each time it was closed for cleaning. We didn't get to enjoy any of the amenities and priced close to $300 per night not worth it just for a bed. The outside street lights are also not lit up, so coming in late from football each night it was a chore to find the place.

The receptionist was cool, not welcoming and not very informative (didn't point us to elevator. Asked for a quiet room, away from elevator - been driving 8 hrs & both of us over 75). Got a room away from elevator... but right next to the laundry!

Overall it was an okay stay. We booked knowing it would rain and they had an inside pool. It was very small. Does not seem to be a size intended for a hotel, it worked but was slightly disappointed.
All staff interaction was wonderful 10/10 for that.
The room was spacious and seemed clean. My biggest concern was how muggy the room was. The bathroom has a small ventilation fan that didnt work well and you could tell ventilation wasn't the best as there were spots with what looked like slight molding on the ceiling.
Location was about 20 minutes to Riverstreet, 15 to Grayson stadium, and about 40 to Tybee Island. But all very easy to get to, tons of shopping and restaurants near.

There was a lot of airplane noise at night from the military base that was very close. Someone was killed at the mall behind the hotel during our stay.
