We arrived a little before 3pm which is listed as the check in time. There were no rooms available due to them saying they were still cleaning them. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for them to clean a room.The door to the so called balcony did not open. There were ants in the room. The room is not arranged well, my husband kept hitting his leg on the sofa due to there not being enough space between sofa and bed. The trash can did not have a trash bag.

No privacy in bathroom due to a door that was unable to close because it hit and couldn’t get beyond the toilet!!!

Online pics are NOTHING like the property. Very old and outdated. Shower was ice cold the first day. Body wash was empty in shower…requested more and none was ever delivered to us.

The room was difficult to reach from the lobby....very odd layout. The elevator was annoying and slow. The breakfast was good, but the order took a long time. However, the staff was very friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable.

We had to check out early on Friday, and because it was booked third party they could not cancel or reimburse us for Saturday. I am not sure we will use a third party again for that purpose.
Hotel was nice and they were friendly.
