This stay was so good! The front desk lady was so friendly i really felt like royalty. The room and lobby were so clean and inviting. I felt truly blessed that this was the start to my vacation.

The staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints about the staff The room however was stained and dirty. The couch had a large, dark wet looking stain right where you sit that ran down on to the front of the couch cushions. It was rather disgusting and unappealing. We did not sit on the furniture because of this.

Upon arrival we found out they began maintenance on the pool early. My kids were very disappointed. It was also very cold outside and when we entered our room the AC was on and set to 55 degrees and took awhile to warm up. Lastly, we were told the restaurant would open at 630 pm, only later to be told it was bar drinks only. So overall it was pretty frustrating.

We ckecked in on the 13th from the airport and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice!!! Your bistro is way to high in price! 30 for 2 drinks is way high!!!!

Rooms were small, when I checked the beds for bedbugs there was a shirt shoved behind the mattress. We were in a nonsmoking room and it still smelled of smoke. The kitchen wasn't opened one of the nights because staff didn't show up.
