Courtyard by Marriott Springfield Airport

I cannot believe that we have to pay for parking. You scan a QR code to pay and then you get charged a convenience fee… only option to pay though. I do feel there is no reason to pay for parking at this hotel, when asked about it they just said we started only a week ago. Also our initial room door was open when we got to the room. It would not close tightly or lock. Had to switch rooms.

The proprty itself wss clean and safe.

The hotel is clean, modern, well appointed, and very convenient to the Springfield-Branson National Airport. We will definitely stay here again when flying. The park and fly option saves enough over the long-term parking at the airport that it pays for a night at the hotel when you’re away for more than five days.

Manager Donavan went out of his way to get me coffee after I realized coffee bar was closed.

I got in mid evening so I asked about the restaurant on site. It was an offering of sandwiches and fries. Nothing I would consider a healthy choice!

No well in shower no grab bars in bathroom.

I rented an ADA room with a roll in shower for my disabled wife. We had stayed at this location before and their roll in showers worked perfect for her. When we arrived we were instead given room with a tub with a chair in it. We were told that the room we had rented wasn't available. We were never notified of the change. She was eventually able to get into the tub, only to find out that the detachable shower head did not work. So I had to adjust the main shower head once she was seated. In addition there was no coffee maker in the room and there were no bulbs in the lights over either nighstand. I went to the front desk and inquired about the missing coffee maker, missing bulbs, and non working handicapped shower head. The reply was "that's what happens when you stay in a freshly renovated room". They also said that the missing light bulbs were "on order" and of course never arrived during our 3 night stay.The missing coffee maker was quickly brought to our room. The room itself was extremely clean, the housekeeping staff was very friendly, beds were exceptional, and rooms were quiet. It's unfortunate that changing the type of room we had, the missing bulbs, and the non functional shower head put a stain on what would have been a wonderful experience.

It was very clean and the gym and pool were very accessible It was a little loud so close to the highway and the door hallway was not very soundproof

The handle on the toilet was broken and could not flush. And I unusual object was on the ceiling from whoever stayed there before, and they got rid of it, and it was a rubber duck.

Staff when we arrives attitude is not good. We arrived little bit earlier and room was not ready yet, but she just simply said "wait and let you call" but never call us, after while, I notice other receptionis takeing care other guest, I asked her (different Lady who is nice) our room is ready.

Stopped in while traveling through. Clean enough and felt safe. Great value for price.

was visiting my son who lives close by and we have stayed at this property multiple times and never had an issues. The front staff and other staff members are very friendly and accommodating to what you need if you forgot anything.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Clean property, and friendly staff . The shuttle service was so helpful and available whenever we needed it. We will definitely come back again!
