After a full day of flying, our plane was delayed and we were exhausted! The room was a welcome site. It was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The facility was quiet and the black out drapes allowed us to sleep in and get much needed rest!

Toilet was leaking and smelled. Reported was “repaired “ and leaked again next day. Parking lot in bad condition. Staff was feeding a cat outside and cat was walking on top of cars.

Great experience except we paid for breakfast for both mornings and there was no cook on staff either day, despite a full menu board, so we were offered muffins or plain bagels instead. Disappointing, for sure.

The size of the room was wonderful as well as it was very quiet. Biggest problem was the things that did not work. We reserved a mobility room. Due to health issues, which are not always seeing right away, I have the inability to step up and over into a shower. The mobility room did not have a handheld shower that worked. Again, this had been out for quite some time.
The staff were very nice. The bistro offered good food. Although the food was not exceptional. Reminded me of food you would get at a bar. Overall, not a bad experience.
Before you place somebody in a room with mobility issues, corporate needs to make sure everything is working. Do not prejudge because they may not appear to have issues with mobility at first. You never know.

We arrived at the Courtyard by Marriott at 11:00 pm after a long drive. After unloading our luggage I parked the car only to find that the hotel charges for parking. Now this is not an urban hotel that needs a parking garage, but an open air parking lot with no additional security. To be charged extra for parking is ridiculous. I would much prefer that the room rate be increased and have parking included.
