Our family stayed for one night after our cruise and we had a great time in the pool, the beds were comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Very comfortable room and bed. One of the two elevators wasn’t working and the hotel staff indicated it had been like that for weeks. Hard to check out with one elevator for 14 floors.

The room was nicely updated and clean. I tried the restaurant in the hotel which doesn’t any vegan options but prepared a lovely meal for me.

location to cruise port and international airport is excellent for a short stay, however the surrounding area does not support tourism with the lack of restaurants, shopping, attractions etc.

I’m 73 years old on their 11th floor.
Attempted access to the 1st lobby for a luggage dolly. No working guest elevator. Night manager did not have access to the only working freight elevator. All at 4:00AM.

The lobby area was small and not inviting. The hotel did not have working guest elevators during our stay. We had to use the service elevator. The hotel could have offered a partial refund or free breakfast.

This is our "go-to" hotel when we take a cruise. Not only is it comfortable, there's also an airport shuttle as well as a service (which costs extra) to take you to the cruise port.
They will also hold your luggage if needed after checking out.

Staff is really nice, free drink at restaurant and food is pretty good, rooms are big and bed is comfortable. Easy parking in garage for a fee. Very close to cruise port.
