Wonderful experience!

Although my stay was shirt, it was very enjoyable! The staff was amazingly polite, from the parking garage to the front desk. The hotel and my room was clean and smelled good!

The stay was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We used this hotel prior to our cruise after staying at a much more expensive property but experiencing an evacuation at that one. Crowne plaza was crazy fast checking us in and didn’t charge an expensive resort fee. The cruise ships are within sight from this hotel. It’s not the most updated hotel for the price, I would say it’s a solid 3 star, but they do provide a mini fridge and microwave.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. An elevator was broken (for more than a day) and no notification was posted, which created a huge issue the morning people were checking out to head to the cruise port.

Really nice and clean area. Only thing I would suggest is add curtains that complete close off light coming in the room. Also, close poop area a bit later, like 8/9 pm instead of 7 pm. Other than that, great food and friendly staff

Room was just ok. Unfortunately, this is not one of my highly favorable reviews. It did not begin well at check in. Shuttle pick up at airport was nice to have took a while longer than Expected to be picked up, but being that it was complementary and at midnight it was appreciated. The front desk lady was less than friendly and not helpful. I asked her just a few basic questions about the area, and it was advertised that the hotel has laundry on site which it does not. That was very unfortunate. I understand that spring break prices get inflated, however, for this level of hotel, I was disappointed. Sadly the pool closed at “dusk”. We not were able to use the pool at all, which was very disappointing to my family. Rooms were just ok-

The room is big and the shuttle driver and receptionist are amazing.

Overall hotel property was clean and comfortable. One elevator was operational and slight inconvenience. Shuttle was late and the manager covered taxi fares to the airport.

Expensive for food

Room was big and clean. Bed very comfortable! Very conveniently located near FLL

the beds were very comfy. restaurant was excellent, pool excellent, service excellent- super clean

Definitely not what i expected. We could not get any cocktails or drinks from the bar because the bar tender did not come in. 2 appetizers were 95$

Extremely small washrooms. Bad tvs.

It was a nightmare with two fire alarms in the middle if the night

Great proximity to the airport and cruise terminal. Friendly staff. Kiki restaurant has great food as well.

I had a late flight and got in at 12:30. I had to be up and out of there at 5 o’clock in the morning for a flight home. When I arrived, they had no water or snacks for sale because their little store was closed. But I was told I could buy a bottle of water out of the vending machine. Machine charged me $8.50 for a bottle of water. The hotel hallway smelled old and dirty. This place is way overpriced. It needs a refresh.
