Crowne Plaza FT. LAUDERDALE AIRPORT/CRUISE by IHG, an IHG Hotel

restaurant was overpriced. the pool was empty. the people were very nice and helpful.

The staff was not helpful and refused our requests. We were coming off a cruise and needed early check in and we were told it wouldn't be a problem, however we ended up having to wait in the lobby for 5 hours before our room was ready,though they did let us access the pool while we waited. We requested a cot for our daughter and the front desk said it was not possible for our room to accommodate it. They brought us one coverlet blanket for her to use on the couch (no sheets or comforter). The airport shuttle that was advertised and that we reserved seats on the night before was a no show, causing us to have to call an Uber last minute at 5a . Find another accomodation.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating, helping whenever there was a problem not connecting to the hotel Te restaurant KiKi within the hotel is recommendable and the service is very good, so is breakfast

Check in was easy and convenient. Valet attendant was very nice and helpful, his smile will brighten your day. The pool was long enough to swim laps and plenty of towels were available. Bathroom was tiny, but room was spacious.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. I loved the airport to hotel shuttle. So easy and so convenient …. Just call the hotel when you land. The bar and restaurant on property were excellent! The cons …. The pool closed at 730 and if you have a car ….parking is $20 per night per car (complaint from some guests we met at the property).

Pool closed early for “cleaning”. Our room overlooked the pool - no one cleaned anything. I had 2 really disappointed kids. Had I known there would be no pool, we’d have booked a different hotel.

Very nice accommodations. Check in was simple. Airport bus driver was amazing- very first, helpful and courteous. Restaurant food was good, too.

Great location for staying the night before and night after our cruise. Room was very nice and clean. Because I'm an IHG awards member they let us check in early the morning the cruise ship arrived back to port. This was extremely helpful and something we will not forget!

Everything was nice

Wonderful staff. Dontiea went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with an issue relative to my booking and Lucrecia helped me with follow up to assure that the issue was corrected. Can't say enough good about these two wonderful people! Thank you! Also, large spacious rooms and comfortable bed.

It was amazing,I got to experience the gym and I actually enjoyed it. Love that you had water and towels awaiting to be use after the workout.
