Loved my (M40+) stay at this hotel with my 3 teenage kids and would visit again if I'm in Fort Lauderdale.
Pros:
- Ample parking (there are 3 levels but I never had to park above the first level even when we returned at midnight)
- Friendly staff (receptionists, parking attendants, housekeepers) and responsive service
- Beautiful, spacious modern double queen room with desk, lounge chair/ottoman, kitchenette area and lots of storage (4 carryons plus backpacks)
- Nice clean bathroom with shower (and they gave us 4 towels so we didn't have to request extras)
- Full DirecTV package (hundreds of channels)
- Pool / patio area is wonderful (the building casts a nice shade and cool breeze despite the 90 degree temp)
- Glass enclosed elevator provides a nice view of the patio / pool area
- Easy access to Route 1 and various restaurants, fast food and convenience stores nearby
- Easy access to the Convention Center (10-15 mins)
Cons:
- Bathroom is a bit tight (door almost scrapes the front of the toilet bowl and doesn't go all the way (would hit shower doors)
- TV is "small" but adequate (40 inches) but didn't have streaming services
- Views from room aren't great (industrial)
- 15 minute drive from the beach (wasn't an issue for us)

Amazing, I was very pleased with my stay. Hotel was nice, clean, very nice aesthetics, comfortable beds. I highly recommend!!

Very nice city hotel. Clean room and common areas. Kiki's is a nice restaurant 'in a pinch'. Staff was mostly nice and accommodating. Except one. I would remind staff that there are folks who choose their hotel due to its proximity to Broward Medical. A request for a noon checkout (to see a sick family member) shouldnt REMOTELY be a big deal.

This was the worst hotel I have been to in my life. Our family vacation was ruined on day 1. We were exhausted feom our flight so my daughter took a nap. When she woke up she woke to bed bug bites all over her neck and chest. She said she did not want to go anywhere because she feels ugly and it’s disgusting. I brought this to the managers attention. The manager gave us a complimentary drink for 2( the catch is u have to buy food)I could not believe it. I was very displeased but the manager said thats the beat they could do. Problem # 2. There were bugs crawling on my kids. We could not understand where the bugs were crwling from. Again I brought this to the staffs attention and showed videos of the nasty bugs but I was told the manager will give me a call. Im still waiting on a call from the manager. I will never ever go back to that hotel and I surely would mot recommend anyone going there. Especially if your hoing for a family vacation

The rooms were great. The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. The only small thing was the bathrooms were a little small, but besides that it was a great stay.

Customer service was terrible, and they charged my card, before I got there and once I got there they told me I couldn’t use it, and had runarounds to get my funds back. My experience was terrible

The check-in process was slow and with lack of friendliness. The air conditioning was working unproperly keeping the room very warm even with a lot of adjustment of the wall thermostat, was very frustrated. The clerk personal did not give clear instructions of the room digital key operation.

Really nice room, nice pool, good gym. Very close to the cruise lines, close to the airport. Good system for Ubers in the morning of departure.
