Active train station. Lots of construction but close to lots of things

So cool staying in a train car!! My kids loved it and the staff was great specially the 123 diner

Fun quirkey hotel that was full of sights to see. It is a tourist trap and you will get duped. There is not parking on site and parking is available like it says, but is for a very high price. It was $50 when we went. June 2025. The carpet through the hotel made it very difficult to roll luggage around. Bed was comfortable but not super comfortable. Room was clean, but not perfect, there was still hair on the floor. We paid extra for the breakfast, for the price, we were not expecting a buffet. It was nice that drinks were included.

Good experience. The construction was a little annoying but we worked around it.

Excellent service

We went there for the fever game. My husband and I are not people that get around very well. I booked the train car but they neglected to tell me that it was straight upstairs. I mean old time old fashioned stairs. The bed in the room was as long as the room so you had to turn sideways to get to the bathroom. If you were on a walker or anything else you would not be able to get into the train car. The staff is wonderful but we were locked out of our room not once not twice but three times. The battery was out of our key reader. The last time was an hour right after we went to breakfast. It was terrible. The staff apologized but yet the ministration or the management did not recognize it other than a text. I answered the text and then a woman starting with an l said oh, thank you for letting us know. Not worth sorry or well. Yeah I guess she did say we're sorry that you were locked out the night before at midnight and had to hopefully wait for a policeman to come by. But I was in the room to let my husband in the room. I don't want to go on and on and on but if I had it's do over again. I would not have paid the money that I paid to stay in a train car that I could not enjoy.

I had a wonderful stay here. Bed was comfy, room felt relaxing even tho there was no outdoor light. The train was so cool. Definitely want to come back.

Renovations were wrapping up the day we arrived. We loved the hotel! The trains are a real treat (we didn't stay jn a train car). Relly nice rooms, and great service at an exceptional location - connected to the conference center.
