Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to airport got us there on time and very friendly. Room was nice and spacious. Everything was clean and well kept.

Quiet even having a room right next to the elevator it was nice and quiet. Comfortable beds, but the parking is something to be desired. It's not a hug issue but there is only one entrance for checking in at the front of the building. So if you show up to late you will have to park around the back and walk around.

The have removed the fold out couch beds and replaced them with very small loveseats that a 2 year old can’t lay down on. I’ve machines are terribly noisy in the halls and there is a constant running fan in the bathroom that never stops. The line to breakfast is terribly long with people who take all the food from the buffet. Food runs out fast.

Overall, our experience was nice! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only downsides were the hot water wasn’t working very well, so I took 2 cold showers:/ also the toilet wasn’t as clean as I would’ve hoped. Breakfast being included was a huge plus! I kind of wish I was 7-10 everyday rather than 6-9 on weekdays.

One of the boilers went out so there was barely any hot water and we had issues with our reservation mostly due to Expedia not relaying messages. Breakfast was good it had a good selection, and the pool was nice and clean a little on the cooler side but not horrible. The room was basic but definitely clean I’m picky about clean rooms and this one was definitely clean

Breakfast was terrible, room carpet smelled like mildew, air quality was barely breathable inside room, staff interrupted middle of night for maintenance concern for room below ours. No hot water, lukewarm at best. Would not stay here again.
