Breakfast at this place is too limited and you have to remind the staff to refill often. Coffee is always cold.

Horrible stay, nothing good at all

I really appreciated the kindness and support of the staff especially with the intense heat. My room was cool and comfortable.

The parking lot looks like junk yard cars were turned down apart right on the parking lot the room was so disgusting I have some pictures but I don’t know how to share it here on this reriews

It was horrible. The beds had bedbugs ceilings full of mold. My house i more of a hotel than that They need to get it together

The large sign by the highway was broken. Most of the fencing around the property had been damaged or was missing entirely. The parking lot seemed to be a staging area for damaged vehicles that had been bought at auction. One of the windows on the ground floor was busted out. I'm not sure the back door even had the ability to lock. There was water damage to the ceiling tiles. The juice machine for breakfast was out of commission. In my room in particular - the remodel job had been done very poorly. Scuff marks on the wall from furniture, etc... The showerhead had okay pressure but leaked. After a long shower I noticed the transition strip from the bathroom to the main room was not in place at all and water had leaked and pooled all the way to the bed (4 or 5 feet from the bathroom door). There was one cockroach in the bathroom. The bed was decently comfortable.

Instalaciones muy viejas, toallas pequeñas y percudidas, habitación oliendo a cigarro, aire acondicionado con falla no quisieron cambiarnos de habitación en fin pésima elección, hoteles.com debería de darlo de baja como opción.

I left i didnt stay this is so bad lot blood stains and pillows are yellow no white smells so.bad and window glass was broken nothing good i will like to get a refund for my money i didnt stay if anyone read this please avoid this place unless you want sleep on dirty unsecure place

Furniture in room was worn and dirty/stained. Curtains were covered in stains. Bed appeared clean but one of the pillows smelled like urine. There were people hanging out in the parking lot late at night
