Days Inn by Wyndham Sioux Falls Airport

The property was recently renovated, still not high end, but suited our nesds and would stay again.

We arrived late due to flight being delayed. Service desk was very friendly and helpful Informative.

This property was absolutely disgusting. There was dog poop in the hallway. The first room smelled of urine all over. The second room had a broken toliet that you had to manually pull the plunger up to flush then sprayed you when it flushed. Finally got a third room at about 11:30pm. Not okay. Please do not trust the other reviews that say this place is good or great. My son thought the place was deplorable and he is a 17 year old boy. I think that might say something as well. They say that the place was newly remodeled and his response was, “maybe they think adding a picture on the wall meant newly remodeled!”

Arrived at 4 am. Left by 10 am. Someone greeted and checked us in right away. Had a great night’s sleep!

I'm a little disappointed in this property. There front desk staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room was just inconvenient all around. We reserved a king, but were asked if 2 Queens was ok when we checked in. We said it was fine. However, there is only one nightstand for 2 beds. My partner and I both have CPAP machines, both wear glasses, and use our phone as an alarm clock. Trying to fit all that on one nightstand was tricky. The bathroom is also very small with extremely slick tile when it's wet. The bathroom door could open out against a totally empty wall, but inexplicably, it opens into the bathroom, making the space even smaller and more difficult to use. You definitely could not share this room with anyone you're not intimately familiar with if you plan to shower (and dry yourself off) during your stay.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. Cancelled my reservation as soon as I got there.Do not EVER use Expedia. Worst customer service EVER!!!!

I found my experience to be very disappointing regarding my recent day at days in hotel unfortunately, my experience did not align with the standards. One would expect from the establishment they claim to be newly renovated. The check-in process was frustrating as a front desk. Staff member attempted to shift us from the room we had reserve. It was only as much discussion that I learned the room I had originally booked was without water this crucial information should have been communicated to us from the offset, saving us both time and confusion apartment receiving our sign room. We encountered a truly alarming situation when we opened the door we were shocked to discover somebody was already in the Room, ready to attack us this breach. A safety was not only shocking but put us in immediate danger. additionally, the room we were eventually moved to had an unpleasant odor reminisce of corn ship. Which was quite offputting. This experience left me questioning the quality of the renovation as the state of the rooms did not reflect one expected at the hotel marked newly renovated. I hope this feedback is taking seriously as it reflects a need for better, communication, safety protocol, and claiming the standard to ensure The well-being and satisfaction of your guest in the future

The rooms were ok. We’ve stayed there on the last and feel like they have gotten worse. Walls super thin and you can hear everything.

We did not feel safe at this location. Also I did not feel like guests should be allowed to smoke weed and cigarettes right as you check in at the front entrance. Our room was in need of repairs and the refrigerator smelled. I also didn’t care to see the laundry room door opened for the property. It’s was not a very clean area. That should be kept closed to the guests. Quests shouldn’t see big bins of quests dirty linens.

Not a safe place to stay as a single female, travelling alone. The hotel room itself had damaged doors, couldn’t properly secure yourself in the room as the locks were broken. There was a broken lamp, broken curtains, the bathroom had broken fixtures as well as filthy shower floor. The room smelt of stale smoke. Overall, this hotel would get a review of a -3 from this customer.

Room was small but okay. bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was noisy. What I didn't like was the small toilet. Shower was okay. Breakfast was horrible.

There’s fast food around the area, right off the highway where we were headed.

Staff were friendly and very accommodating, allowing us to switch to a ground floor room. Room was fine with some modern updates. Area is somewhat noisy with a truck stop across the road and the I-90 so close. Getting a room that doesn’t face the street might be a more quiet option. Accommodation was good for the price. If you were choosing to stay there to be close to the airport, you’d probably be a little disappointed as it is about 3 miles from there. We were just passing through Sioux Falls by car and stayed only the one night.

Hotel carpet in room dirty, shelf broke of wall when we hung shirt on it, room was non-smoking but was smoked in by previous guest, stunk bad, made my asthma act up, desk gal tried to febreze it out and made it worse with spray ontop of stench..trim falling off air /heater box, tv didnt work properly only got 1 channel, never was enough breakfast made, never refilled when empty, had to leave n go buy it every day
