Controling the HVAC was confusing as there were two different thermostats in the room. Setting one did not affect the other. Kept waking up hot and sweaty till i found the second thermostat. Not impressed with the restaurant. There was a room on the floor marked "vending and ice", no vending.

It was a wonderful getaway. The water in the shower was very hard coming out. And the bathroom had hair all over it. But other than that I can’t complain about anything else.

Bathrooms are nasty, tile needs to be clean there is a lot of mold or bacteria. staff can't answer simple questions. Like
Do you have discounts for companies that have more than 3 employees staying at the hotel. " YOU HAVE TO CALL SO AND SO. They should be able to answer this question.

The malfunctioning shower drain made the tub fill up. The toilet was too low and the tank cover was the wrong size. The hotel wouldn't honor my husband's Veteran status with free breakfast, never told us ahead that it was because we booked through you, Expedia.

Overall the hotel, frontdesk and the room is nice except the tub draining slow in our bathroom. The breakfast area is in the resturant with bar, the setting very nice, you can see the falling leaves from the resturant in Autumn. The gym and indoor pool spectacular designed when you walk into the hotel. Enjoyed the staying in Double Tree very much so..
