They don’t normally do cleaning of the bedrooms daily. Bathroom tissue is cheap and rough. Floor carpet needs cleaning or replaced. Mattresses not soft and comfy which hurts my body, also bed pillows are bad.

Bed was comfortable, daily maid service was slow the 1st day and didn’t come at all the 2nd day. Had to get towels from front desk. Bar was good but there should have a discount for hotel guests! Oh and don’t get a double cause it’s double the price of a single, almost $17 for a Captain Morgan and Sprite!! Ridiculous!! We won’t be returning to Cleveland! Except for The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Westside Market, the town was pretty boring!

The garage elevators were not operating for duration of my stay. The garage area dirty, trash, leaves etc. the staff did not care that the elevators not operating It was just another day for them. Staff at desk not welcome me as a guest. The lobby area floor not clean. The woman in the dining room id hard working she did a wonderful job. However you need to hire more staff.

Cleanliness could be alot better. Elevator to parking garage out of order. Trash cans overfilled. Outside exterior needs repairs, carpets worn,out toilet made a lot of noise. Sink in our room drained very slow. Need to hire a cleaning crew to access and get things up to par. Take at look at your light in the lobby next to the parking garage. Bugs isn’t even the word. Yuck’

When I booked this hotel I thought I was getting a steal because it was a Hilton. The outside is dirty and not welcoming, the parking garage is disusting (smells of urine and trash everywhere). The rooms were clean though surprisingly. But the biggest problem, I had to give an extra $50 upon checking in that I was never told about. Also to park in their nasty garage it charged me $20 every single time I left. I will NEVER go there again in my life. I’m so upset I don’t even know what to type out. Absolutely despicable practice being a HILTON hotel. Doubletree, might want to rename yourselves as DoublePay for EVERYTHING.

The staff are great but the rooms are very tired and need an update. Bathtub tiles had mold in many places, floor was dirty and the room fixtures were dirty. Walls had stains and small tears in wallpaper. The hotel is in a super convenient location but in desperate need of a renovation.
