Everything was perfect! The staff was friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable.I walked to the the Rock & Roll Hall of fame (2blocks away) and they provided a shuttle to the Guardians game, the onsite parking garage was free for guests, great food at their restaurant and they even have a Starbucks in the lobby. Can’t do any better.
Highly recommended.
Thanks for making my trip even better.

I was in the area for a conference and this hotel saved me a lot of money by providing a hotel shuttle to take me anywhere within a mile radius.

The hotel was clean and the people at the desk were friendly. The location was convenient. The only issue we encountered is that the coffee shop in the lobby seemed poorly run and did not actually offer many of the items on the menu.

Very dated room was very dark needs charging ports in rooms some lamps were not working next to the bed.had to use a multistrip that was under my bed.the bath towels were mix match I had 1 very large one and 2 other totally different styles and sizes.when walking in my room it always felt like bugs were jumping on my legs and felt the same when in bed.The elevator in the parking garage was not working and the stairs smelled of urine.I will not be staying there ever again.

The hallways and rooms are beaten up…dark, a little musty. Had problems with the water controls in the sink, the toilet running for 10 mins after every flush and a tub that was very slow to drain after a short shower.

The elevator in the parking deck was out of order which would present a huge issue for anyone disabled, elderly, injured, with children, etc. The room was “musty” and damp, wallpaper was peeling and had previous water damage apparent. Television and remote were outdated. The view was nice, bed was… okay.
As far as the area around the hotel… it is downtown Cleveland. Are you’re comfortable being in a large, urban city? If not, stay in the west side of town.

This is a terribly run hotel. The reception floor was covered in litter, doors in the public areas were broken. The room had empty gel bottles, cobwebs on the curtains and litter under the bed. The bath did not have a plug. When I said to reception I was not happy, she just looked at me blankly.

Placed us in room with mold, cobwebs, and mildew. The floor hallway had bag covers all around. It was definitely a terrible building.

This property was incredibly bad. Garage elevator didn't work and had to carry my luggage down two flights of stairs. The stairwell reeked of urine and was trashed. The room looked old and dated. I cancelled my reservation and need a refund.

In my 5 nights of stay no one cleans the room, change towels, collect the trash and Some of the reception staff are kinda rude.
The building is old but still looks good. The reception area smells nice.

First off, what a great location! It is right next to the lake and in walking distance of many destinations including Rock and Roll hall of fame and the baseball stadium! If not able to walk, the shuttle can bring you to these places if in a mile reach. The hotel was very large and had more floors than I expected. The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant. We thought our room was very clean except the office chair had a stain. When we checked in there was only one front desk person which I felt could have been more because there was a line. Also a patron came down and said his key didn’t work and then we found out our key didn’t work as well. The garage was seemingly safe but the elevator did not work and the stairwell had an odd smell when at the bottom. The hotel had signage apologizing for the elevator not working which was thoughtful.

This hotel doesn't have a pool, vending machines or very clean rooms. Parking garage reeked of urine and didn't seem safe to be in and I was unable to use my room key as promised to get out. Overall disappointed and likely won't stay there again.
