We only stayed 10hrs in the room. We never heard the airplanes. The staff at check-in were friendly and competent, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again if I were traveling to Jacksonville.

I like the nearby shopping and dining.
I did not like that my toilet had stains and did not appear to be cleaned well. The toilet needed to be replaced.

Customer service was awful and disrespectful when I went to check in at 10:00 pm on Feb 10th ( Monday ), I booked from Expedia and they told me we were fully booked with a bad attitude. Then I knew their shift would end I went back and there was another customer service in reception she said ( No we have a room available for you ).

The rooms given at Expedia rates are old, long walk from elevator. The hallway is a maze without any signage as where to go. Only ice machine is on first floor. I would not stay here again except for such easy access to airport.

Our UPGRADED ROOM was FILTHY & black mold infested! Asked for maids to clean room 5 days out of 7 and never got more than clean towels! Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

The property as a whole seems to be in a very old condition and out of repair. Several secure doors from perimeter doors that grant access to suites to suite doors themselves were unlocked or not closed all of the way (not using a door prop). The bathroom in my suite had a toilet paper holder that was falling off of the wall. I needed to switch the power from the refrigerator to the coffee maker. The hallways were not marked making navigating the hotel difficult to tell the difference between private areas storage and getting to my suite.
Overall the experience was poor.
