The staff was very friendly, and the Bar & Grill was amazing, the food and drinks were great. The room was dated, which I could live with, but the carpet in the room was horrible and sticky, there was also lots of what looked like urine stains on the floor.

Couldn’t get into our room had to walk back down to have someone come up and say we need to push the door really hard it sticks… definitely should look into that it is not welcoming

The AC was broken and couldn't be controlled. The base boards are filthy in the common floor areas. There is no vending machine on the floor
