The bar ddnt open until 6pm because of an private event. Mind you if was the onlybreason why i stayed there. Comfort inn would of been better had i known about the bar being booked

Lack of standard essentials. Hotel rotates fridges and Microwaves between guests. Bad plumbing tub faucets leak, my relatives room shower didn’t work at all. Parking attendant rude, changed prices without posting.Never received promotional hotel cookies. Unable to call room service. Front desk never answers the phone.Asked staff who brought in fridge to check leaking tub faucet I never got service. Staff doesn’t speak English at all.

Check in took 1/2 hour and we were pre paid and registered. Only 2 staff working the desk. Also heard from other guests that there is problems with the room keys. Lucky ours worked.

I would not stay at this location again as nothing to do on site. Found guest sock under couch, so gross, bathroom faucet kept running all night, could not get warm water to shower only hot, was terrible!! Overall would give one star!!

Both rooms we stayed in had cameras behind the mirrors and they brought me a total of 4 blankets that night ...all dirty and covered in long black hair and the slept in the Presidential Suite with my beach towel as a blanket!!!!
