DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Airport

Bed frame stuck out from frame; carpet was wet by the window, down came out from comforter. Had breakfast at restaurant; the food was cold and over done.

The convenience is what I needed

Very nice hotel

Walls are thin. Heard the neighbors tv and conversations. I was on a end of the hall room as well. Other than that grea stay

The staff at the bar were rude and ignored half the people sitting there. The staff member who drove the shuttle was late and then was extremely rude upon having the guests enter the shuttle. I would rather pay hundreds more to park at the airport than stay/park there again. The only staff that were friendly and nice were the front desk. This review is not a reflection of the front desk staff.

Staff was great. It was clean. Parking was tricky but the hotel was at capacity and they made it work.

The cookies were a good addition to the stay.

Overall nice place. They gave us warm chocolate chip cookies. I went to the flower show and this place was only 15 minutes away.

So bad

Well in advance we Reserved a double queen room as we had 3 people in the room. When checked in, only a king with pullout couch was available. Hotel lot was so crowded and spots unavailable. Had to park somewhere else.

The Lobby looks great. It was misleading when booking. The rooms are not so nice. The door was rusty and falling apart. The walls were paper thin. I can hear my neighbors conversations. Was not a relaxing or peaceful nights sleep. The room looked more like a motor lodge motel room.

When i called they said their pool would be open which is the only reason we even paid for it and it wasnt, they said it will be open the next day but lied about that too. We came in and had no parking so we had to pay for parking somewhere else. I had my 8 month old with me why would i want yo park somewhere else. They really need to sound proof their rooms because u can hear everyone's conversation. Smh this hotel was a disappointment for the second time and i will never recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worse enemy

Close to the airport and provided a shuttle. No food available after 10pm There were 15 people in line and 1 of the desk ladies decided to go on break.

Just there overnight. Early flight

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and location was close to the city and it was about $200 less than staying in the city. We didn’t use any amenities. Overall decent for a quick trip.
