Courteous staff , well designed,

I didn’t stay and was still charged full price for 2 nights-

Check in was good and host perfect

The room had pretzels on the floor, the drawers were dusty in and outside, the bathtub has black mold growing around entire tub, the room smells like CornChips

The shuttle was a big plus. The staff, especially, Caleb, went out of their way to accommodate. The only suggestion I have is to be consistent with times. Check-out was at 11 a.m. but on the back of the bathroom door it said noon. On the Expedia app and the hotel website it said the Sports Bar was open from 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. but when I went around 1 p.m., I was told it didn't open until 4:30 p.m. Overall great experience and I will be back.

room seemed old/outdated. bathtub clogged, hot water was not that hot, blinds did not close all the way. However bed was comfortable and the fan setting on the HVAC unit worked. Would say its a noisy room due to the partition door to the next room being a bit hollow.

Very old, dirty hotel that needs to be updated. I hope that is in their near future. It seems the rooms had attempted to be cleaned prior to our arrival, but they were just very worn down and there is mold in various places (light fixtures, sink, shower, etc.). The pool looked very gross & murky, as did the gym. When they came to "clean" our room, they just gave us 2 new bath towels. They didn't even make the bed! Although one positive aspect of our stay is that the beds are quite comfortable. I would not recommend staying here, unless they renovate everything and remediate the mold issues.

Good place if your just coming for couple days to lay your head at night but be out and exploring the rest of the day ! Clean safe about just right on the vibe !!!

I had booked my stay via hotels.com as flight was delayed and I didn’t feel safe to travel by uber to my final destination. It turned out when I called the hotel from the airport to check on their shuttle service. I was informed by the hotel that they did not have any rooms left. This is despite me having a reservation with them via Hotels.com. Not what I needed to go thru after traveling all day!

You need soft pillows. The ones you have are like large bricks. The AC, however, was great.
