Comfortable Bed, Great customer Service and awesome amenities… The structure itself probably needs to be updated

I had prepaid 3 nights a month in advance thru Expedia. Even after calling the property to state I would be a very late check in, my room was cancelled and no one told me it was cancelled on the hotels end. Expedia attempted to call them while I was there twice and the front desk lady hung up on them. I had no choice but to book the rooms thru them and pay, and I’d have to get with Expedia to contest. Staff was not forthcoming and one in particular was rude

This is by far the worst Hilton property I've ever stayed in. From the minute I walked through the door, this property haven't been updated in probably 20 years. So much so that you could see the paint starting to peel off of the ceiling and walls. Once in the room it's still outdated, rust on the door ways, some sort of dried liquid splashed on the hanger closet that hadn't been washed off. Some form of dried liquid (not as much but still) splashed on the wall. The carpet is super faded and matted down. Literally the only two positives of this stay at this property were the fact that there we no bugs at least that I noticed and the bed was pretty comfy. But outside of that I literally considered asking for a refund because again... Never have I ever stayed at a Hilton property this bad. Oh and no refrigerator nor microwave... For almost $225 a night and then on top of that $25 to park ... Ridiculous.

In need of a refurbishment as quite weary. Bed was good and plenty of space in room and bathroom. Staff were great.

The staff is really nice - I interacted with 4 staff members plus the shuttle driver and they were all exceptionally helpful, efficient and friendly! However, the property is in need of a serious upgrade. We had 3 rooms on 3 floors and the rooms all felt damp. The carpet is worn and needs replacing - the carpets do not seem clean.

Enjoyed my stay.Room was very comfortable,clean,and up to date.Staff was very friendly and professional.A bit pricey for the room & parking, but otherwise an excellent experience.

Outdated

I would not recommend. Our AC leaked all over the floor, a large part of the carpet was soaking wet. The room smelled like mildew. Our AC was also freezing and we could not adjust it.

Everything

The property was beautiful in the entrance area. My room was not the best. The room had a damp musty smell. Eyeglasses were found on the floor beside the bed, which means it was not really cleaned properly. There was dust in every corner and black spots in the ceiling of the shower which appeared to be mold. I did take a picture. No mini refrigerator nor microwave. The carpet needs to be replaced because it's very old. For the price and cost to park, i was disappointed. Please do some repairs and inspect room 510. I will not be staying there again.

Rooms are dated and need a lot of maintenance mold was visible on the walls

For it to be a DoubleTree they are very short staffed, they offer room service but they never pick up the phone for you to even order it, they don't have a microwave or a fridge in the room which is beyond me

Incredibly disappointing for such a major franchise. Severely in need of face-lift. First room we were put in had overwhelming smell of URINE! They switched is into a room that had writing on wall and in poor shape. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping but you can only do so much with the property in that shape. The parking validation did not work dispite me trying repeatedly and even asking at front desk. I got so frustrated that i took another ticket and didn't even bother even though i paid already for a validated ticket. As soon as dawn broke we left immediately. I can't help but feel like i drove down 76, opened the window and threw 200 plus dollars away. If i had energy to demand a refund i would. Im just glad to be out of there. I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN and will be hesitant of any other Hilton or Double tree in the future. They need to make some serious renovations and adjustments to how they maintain property.

Clean

Been there several times has always been great. This time first room smelled like cat piss. Went down and they immediately exchanged rooms. Got second room had a musty smell but was not horrible. Went to take a shower and the middle piece shot out and broke. so i could not take a shower. Staff is and always been great

Good airport hotel , a bit dated but clean and comfy rooms and reasonably priced. Regular hotel shuttle.

Wonderful Staff.

Mold is growing in some of the rooms. Has a wet damp smell. You can see mold growing on ceiling in lounge. Was not a good experience.

Excellent Stay, Awesome Breakfast, Best Staff and Friendly Service. Above and beyond.

There is literally duct tape on the carpet holding it down. All up and down the hallway. The room was dirty and dusty.
