DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Airport

Was crowded and loud a little later in the evening than we like. The shuttles were all good, parking was too pricey.

Horrible. The place was dirty. There are no fridges or microwaves in the rooms. When we asked for one we were told “no”. Then we saw someone on the elevator with one and had to argue with staff about it. We asked for cleaning supplies to clean the tub out ourselves and they told us “no” they have to do it themselves. We requested they come to clean it so we could shower and go out as planned. They took forever to come clean the tub and we were 2hrs late for our event because of it. They have limited cable channels. The entire room was filthy. The carpet had holes and the sheets had blood stains on them. They did not wash the sheets.

Carpet in room damp a wet, no ironing board. No maid service, staff at front desk very unfriendly. Never staying at a Doubletree by Hilton again.

The location to airport was fine. Nothing around the hotel though and the hotel coffee shop was not opened and the little hotel snack bar only had monster for drinks. The hotel is very dated and old. I just stayed at a choice hotel that was in better shape than this. No refrigerator in the room no microwave. Just very lacking for being a double tree. Paid extra to stay here over other neighing properties bc of the name. Next time I will try another place.

Liked the fact it was close to the airport but that was also the downside. 20 to 30 minutes from the attractions.

It served the needs we had during our 2 night stay. We needed to be close to downtown, but I wanted access to our car, and it not be taken off the hotel property. The day parking was still more than I wanted to pay, bc we did already pay for the room can't see what you have to pay for parking, but it was better than most. Hotel was nice, but the room was a little worn, though it didn't cause any problems for us. I'd stay there again if in the area.

Great Loved it

Check-in was super slow, staff was not friendly or helpful. We had issues with our booking and had to pay for an additional night. Breakfast staff was rushing to help everyone. Just one person trying to get everything done…

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. The room was super clean so cozy comfy the receptionist or so welcoming. The restaurant in the bar were so nice and sweet and complied to our needs. Thank you so much definitely would stay again.!!

My flight was delayed and when I arrived with my 10 years old they gave my room to somebody else. They said I was supposed to call to let them know but I paid for the room. After that they gave me a room with a person inside!!! Terrible breakfast, terrible staff! We end up with a king size bed instead 2 bed as I paid for because they did not have any other room to give to us. Stay away from this hotel!!!

Good overall.

Rooms were dirty, stains everywhere, even on bedding. Door handle to the bathroom was broken. Don’t let the lobby’s looks fool you!
