Staff was really friendly I would definitely stay again

No refig, poor lighting, no exhaust fan in bath, no microwave,ac sounded like a truck going through the room

Hotel needs a few renovations.

Staff is disinterested and service is poor. They either need to hire more people or train them better? Shuttle runs slow and wasn’t explained well when I called the front desk

This was a perfectly adequate hotel. It's dated and is ready for updates, but there's nothing wrong with it - but there's nothing great or extraordinary about it either.

This was the second time not having proper shower curtain,my service dog was not added to my profile. I can never get in touch with hotel to add my Hilton membership credit.

Shuttle service was delayed.

I didn’t stay long but for the short time I was there it seemed very inviting The staff was great, it does need a little updating ,

Staff were extremely friendly and room was fine but lobby and outside front area smelled completely like a weed fest.

The property is old and needs updated with new carpet and everything. Musty smell. Rooms dirty and moldy. There was open condoms in parking lot. The parking is outrageous in fees that they do not tell u about. If they give u the idea that it’s included, they’re lieing. I paid for my room in advance. When I got there they needed to hold a card for 100$ deposit, they ended up holding 125$. There is no fridge or microwave in the room like advertised. I was on a business trip and the girl I was with complained and they brought her a microwave to her room two hours later. The staff is not welcoming, it seems as though they hate their job. For a Hilton brand, it felt like holiday inn.
