My flight was delayed and when I arrived with my 10 years old they gave my room to somebody else. They said I was supposed to call to let them know but I paid for the room. After that they gave me a room with a person inside!!! Terrible breakfast, terrible staff! We end up with a king size bed instead 2 bed as I paid for because they did not have any other room to give to us. Stay away from this hotel!!!

I waited for 20m mins to check in. Once I got to the room I discovered the A/C didn't work. I then had to go and wait another 20 mins to get a new room. A woman at the restaurant collapsed unconscious and began heaving. ONLY THE PATRONS attended to her until the paramedics came. No security, no manager, not an employee. The staff went on like business as usual.

Shuttle to property was perfect, Check in staff was super, room was clean, only thing that I didn't like was the pillows had clean pillow cases but the pillows themselves smelled like oily hair. I didn't call for different pillows but was my only complaint.

The room was very bad. Smelled like a moldy carpet. Bathroom fan broken, shower curtain ripped, outlet in the bathroom did not work. Rusty 2 inches with bubbling paint on broom door, water marks on lamps and curtains, make shift desk cover that really didn’t fit, carpet had very bad stains, we had a few ants. Was very disappointed and frankly a littles grossed out.

This was a good place for a quick trip to Philadelphia. The location is great - super close to the airport. The free airport shuffle is great. You can have dinner in the sports bar and restaurant with lots of great options. The breakfast had some good options.
