DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Airport

Bathroom had alot of ceiling damage, no mini fridge. Also got charged by the hotel for the stay alongside getting charged by expedia. watch your statement, somebody is doing something fishy here.

Jordyn in Front Desk was AMAZING to say the least. Also, a special thank you to Mr. LINGO supervisor of food and beverage was super kind as well. Miss Jordyn asked an employee TERELL ALISCA to please help my sister ( age 73 & I age 68) bring in our luggage SINCE THEY DIDNT HAVE CARTS to help ourselves. He needs more training in customer service & much. More!!! HE NEVER HELP US ! I came to My room & he was on same seldom stay at a HILTON ( like Marriott's) & today in Philly airport was not PLEASANT! Room Is fine & cleanliness. Thank you Theybdid give me 2 hours extensions.

Great hotel if you are flying PHL. Shuttle was quick- staff friendly- room clean.

I booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle and pool . Upon arrival , the pool was closed for “ cleaning” . The lobby bathroom had broken sinks and no toilet paper . There were no carts for luggage and no staff who cared enough to help look for one . The carpet in the hallway was held together with black tape, in the room it was soaking wet from the air conditioner, and the tub was covered in rust.

Great clean and safe hotel close to the airport. It needs a little updating but it's still great.

Great shuttle service

I expected more from Doubletree hotels. The advertisement and photos do not correctly, depict the rundown state of this hotel, which I wanted to leave the minute, I walked in. Desperately needing upgrading if it were to be considered again, but there’s plenty of other options so like everything else why even bother. In my opinion, businesses have only one chance to keep a customer.

The 5th floor where I stayed requires corredor carpet renew and paint renovation

Took 45 minutes arguing with staff for them to finally find my reservation. Room was deplorable! Mold, paper hanging off the walls. TP holder broken, tub did not drain properly. Will NEVER BOOK AT a DOUBLETREE again!!! Yes, it was that bad! Other guests in elevator volunteered their displeasure to me as well.

The staff were great, especially Caleb. I can’t forget him, he was very helpful. As to the room’s conditions, I can’t even blame it on the cleaning staff because rust is not dirt. It needs professional repair.

The shower in one of the rooms we had did not work.

It was really clean and felt much fancier than any of the other similarly priced options I am used to staying at. The room was beautiful and clean woth really nice sheets. I would definitely stay there again.

room was extremely old and very dirty. I asked for bedding for the pullout couch and they delivered bedding that was still wet.

After a long tedious travel day that did not go as planned, easily booked and was able to get a room here to rest before continuing my journey. Shuttle from the airport was convenient. Check in was fast and professional at 2 am. I very much appreciated the efficiency and understanding that I was exhausted. Bed was so comfortable. Rooms seem older and have imperfections but it served the purpose that I needed it to serve. Comfortable and convenient.

my plane was delayed so I arrived 10 hours late and Doubletree staff could not be reached as I called 6-7 times while waiting through flight delays and could not get anyone there to answer the phone at the front desk.
